Pear Tree Inn Entire Villa Kotagiri

Location is the only good thing, the hostess is cold and unwelcoming. We had drove down with aged folks and the first vibe was pay the balance amount even before the keys were handed over. Breakfast is complimentary but absolutely no variety. Approach road is tricky and service is really bad. Hope this suffices to make your decision.

Rooms and house is good. Service is just ok. Even though if you book complete house they will ask you not to use the 1 room out of 3 rooms. It's pathetic. The host to be bit cooperative rather than too strict. Otherwise it's a good property

The stay is in solace which is peaceful. If you want to stay for a couple of days without travelling plans and to spend time in the wild, this place is perfect but there were certain amenities which were disappointing. 1.As per the pictures in the review there is no open view from the villa. 2. We found a strong smell of paint which was later unbearable since we had a person having migraine. 3. The complementary breakfast was repatative for both the days and was not that great in taste. Food offered in the villa was way too costly also. 4. There is no power backup so we suffered whole night as there was no power in the place. As a backup to the powercut we were provided candles which cannot bear the strong wind. 5. Woods provided for the bonfire were so wet that we were unable to lit it.

We went there last week we booked the 2BHK and 3BHK villas. We got disappointed in the initial site as it was very different from what we saw in the pics, we didn't see any greenery or pear trees in the surroundings maybe the season contributed. The route to the stay is very narrow and congested. The rooms were neat tidy and spacious. The staff were helpful and the owner we spoke on phone was supportive too. However there was no water in the rooms when we woke up and had to request them to switch on the motor. These are minimum expectations when a resort is booked. There is provision to cook and heat food which we find very usefull. Food is expensive and minimal but the quality and taste is good. Better to put efficient staff for ground support.

Such a lovely moment staying in pear tree 2bhk villa . We took 2BHK villa for 6 adults and 2 kids.. 2 Bed rooms were spacious with master bed. Very clean and hygienic and we felt like staying in our home.. Service is just a what's app message away.. very quick and prompt on their service .. Beautiful atmosphere and it's located close to kotagiri town

Beautiful place to stay clean rooms and toilets. Best service provided by caretaker. Near tea garden and all. Their kitten is so lovely and adorable Beautiful birds sounds all the time Cons Pathway to the homestay is a bit bad road and less space for bug cars Food is a little costly, but it's ok

O e if the best home stay experience I have ever had at Pear Tree In . The hosts are great. The villa is located just at the bottom of the hill surrounded with lush green and blue sky. The room services are excellent and spending time in the lawn is not be if the most relaxing moment. The complimentary breakfast is delicious. Kitchen is well equipped to prepare own food as well. The only challenge I have noticed is the approaching road to the main gate, which would require some hill driving skills.

Best hospitality with a homely touch. Wonderful location. The hosts and their entire staff took so much care to even minute things starting prior to our arrival to post our return, making our stay so comfortable. Beauty, luxury, cleanliness, hygiene and comfort were all top class at your place- All these can still be replicated with attention to detail and investments. But your hospitality and your genuine care to make our stay comfortable was much more valuable than anything... We all usually message our family back once we reach or return to our destination. For a first, i remembered to message the wonderful hosts after we reached back as they really catered to us like family...
