Not a great place. Charging huge for the service and amenities they have. Solitude Villa is a waste of money. They wont send proper pictures while booking. Later they will start creating a story this is what you booked and move you to other property of theirs again they charge additional in-spite of wasting our vacation time. Dont waste your time and money here Hotel staff are sweet, not the owners Greed for money is more

A superb property to stay and enjoy in kothagiri..very much suitable for group of 15 to 20 ppl pack and small group of 5 to 8 people group.situated in the middle of residential area which is very calm and the resort was maintained very neatly and the team there was really good and very friendly staffs. Small area for gathering and party place with bonfire facility. Very clam place and good to spend time with family and friends. Coming to food the menu was very well planned for all three courses and the food was really superb and o mention chef Mr. Bharath made our stay more good with his food and hospitality. The process from booking and until check out it was really good. Overall A best stay in Kothagiri.

Went there with my wife and spent four nights at the Blu Mont Loft , Kotagiri property. It was an amazing experience right from the service to the cleanliness. Had some lovely food prepared with passion by Mohammad and Bharat. Mallesh the caretaker was there to coordinate everything smoothly. Would love to go back again soon.

Kottagiri is a lovely destination with charm and beauty. The British bungalow we stayed in was particularly appealing. The service provided by the staff was outstanding; they were always willing to assist and never turned down a request. I want to highlight Patima, whose enthusiasm and energy truly stood out, making our experience even more enjoyable. The entire team was friendly and accommodating. Chef Bharat prepared delicious meals, and Manager Mallesi was exceptionally helpful and personable. I appreciate all the staff's efforts, and I would like to extend my gratitude to Ms. Nisha for her contributions to our pleasant stay. Thank you to everyone for making our time memorable!

Avoid This Place - Misleading and Overpriced I booked this property a day before my trip, drawn in by their polite and accommodating behavior during initial discussions. They even assured me I could choose my room upon arrival since it was a weekday. However, the reality was far from their promises. Upon arrival, the property was a complete letdown. The online pictures were deceptive. Instead of the peaceful retreat I expected, the place was right by a roadside. If you're looking for tranquility, this is not it. I initially booked for two days but decided to cancel after seeing the state of the property. Despite this, they demanded extra money for the cancellation and promised to show me a different room, which turned out to be no better. The caretaker was argumentative and unhelpful, making the experience even more unpleasant. The food was overpriced, with no complimentary breakfast, and they even charged extra for room service and the room is next to the kitchen.To top it off, they insisted on full payment the night before checkout, which felt unnecessary and intrusive, especially after a long journey when I just wanted to relax. Overall, this place was a major disappointment. There are far better options in Nilgiris at similar prices. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this property.

Thanks to Deepa mam and mallesh sir who guided us from day 1 of booking and kept checking us the comfort about the stay. Every requirements has been served with smile on the face...!!Looking forward for continued stays in the coming future... Keep up the good service!!

Good service and Rooms are neat and very clean , breakfast was chargeable but worthy breakfast they cook immediately whatever you want .... they kindly serve themselves ... the food was very impressive and there workers ( Good people's ) Very silent venture hopefully again I'm booker here only , Thank you @myspace holiday
