Stayed at Moksha Infinity Valley in Kotagiri, a newly built property with a lot of potential. The duplex rooms are spacious and well-designed, and the views from the room and balcony are truly refreshing--perfect for a peaceful getaway. The service was good, and the staff were polite. However, the pricing feels a bit on the higher side, especially when it comes to food. The quality was okay, but the cost of meals seemed quite expensive for what's offered. Overall, it's a great spot if you're looking for a scenic and relaxing stay. With a bit more value for money in the food department, it could be a standout destination in Kotagiri.

very bad experience 1)No power back up there ,till 6 pm to 10:30 pm we are in dark room.they only provided one candle. very poor service. 2)over priced food. average cleanliness, not even provided basic tings like tooth brush, paste, soap. 3) When i tried to reach manager he was not professional and ignoring our needs. Our vacation wasted. 4)Not recommended for any one. especially for family a Big NO NO. No kids play area. location is in very remote and very and difficult to reach. Not worth for 6720 rupees for one day, food extra.
We a bunch of friends planned for a night stay at the property . However, as we didn't receive a good hospitality we decided to opt out for better options or travel back. 1) one of Our demand as put forward and agreed with the party before making the advance payment was to have a private campfire (not the common) . Latter when we reached the location we understood the campfire was on the common space . Where you can't have it private unless all the other guests decides to stay indoor and the place has left overs of garbage and stones for construction. 2) There were no one to receive us on reaching the property. 3) The photos shared of the property is deceiving. The property is not well maintained especially the garden and the camp fire place. The rooms are not separated individual cottages with compound but adjacent rooms in a line as in hotels with a common corridor. Not recommended for people who want to have private spaces with friends/families. 4) We all love pets but allowing them to roam around in kitchen & dining space may not be wise. 5) The food was ok but expensive. 6) The roads to the location become narrower as we reach near to property. The scenery from the back of the property is the only one good positive about the place. Overall experience was bad, when we travel for such long we are expecting to take back some nice memories with friends / families which never happened .
Booked for two nights stay with my family. Excellent service with helpful and polite staff. Location was great as promised. It was One of a kind experience. Best part is loved the pets over there, a group of cats and dog which was really fun to be with. Food was first class. There were no delays in preparation. Taste was homely and delicious. I Would recommend for others in my circle and will definitely plan a visit again.
Nice place. We reached the place 10:30 p.m. only. When we called to book, the manager staff politely answered and gave the location. Road was good, highly recommended for families and friends get-together. Breakfast, coffee and tea were good. The room above the kitchen we loved it. We had a good time. Early morning the climatic condition came to 11 degree..the cult they provided helped us to manage it. The transparent glasses which screened made the morning wibes healthier with a cup of coffee and it gave the complete refreshment. Nice place to take group photos also. Good investment by the owner.
The location and the construction was beautiful but since it was newly constructed the room had nothing other than a bed, a bare bulb hanging from the top and suffocating smell of fresh paint. No bedside stool, no towels, no bucket, no electric kettle, no windows. And Venky charged 4000 per night for such an arrangement.

The worst ever space i ever visited in ooty. Not at all recommended to family. 1. No warm welcome, no signboard of reception that a guest can report thier arrival. 2. Cat's (they claim its thier pets) were roaming inside kitchen and dining area while we were having lunch). 3. Mis leading photos that one will think its a private cottage. Actually its a lodge kind of setup. 4. Manager Agreed to give private campfire, but when we reached and asked for it, they shown a common one. Due to these reaons, we left the place.
