Kotagiri Belair Cottage

The gf room was very convenient for me as I was with a dog. Picking luggage too was easy. The staff are super polite and the food is ok.

It was very pleasant to stay at this resort. Rooms are comfortable and food is high quantity. Very good experience.

I stayed at Belair Cottage in Kotagiri, and it was an absolute nightmare. The place was completely misrepresented online, and here's what went wrong: 1. Cleanliness: The cottage was filthy. There was dust everywhere, and the bathrooms were in terrible condition--stained fixtures and an unbearable smell. 2. Maintenance: The amenities were either broken or not functioning properly. The lights flickered constantly, and there was no hot water despite their claims. 3. Customer Service: The staff was unprofessional and unresponsive. We reported several issues, but they ignored us completely or gave lame excuses. 4. Rude and Unprofessional Owner: The owner was extremely rude and dismissive when we tried to raise our concerns. Instead of addressing the problems, they were arrogant and unwilling to help, making the entire experience even worse. I regret booking this place and would strongly advise everyone to avoid it. Never ever book this cottage unless you want to ruin your trip.

The owner of Belair Cottage is incredibly arrogant and has a rude, misbehaving attitude towards guests. Such behavior is unacceptable and completely ruins the experience. I would strongly advise against staying here if you value good hospitality. They didn't even give us proper bill of payment.

The place felt more like a strict school camp rather than a relaxing getaway. The restrictions imposed were unreasonable and took away from the overall experience. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for a stress-free and enjoyable stay.

The cottage stay and food was very good The price was also affordable all the tourist places arround are accessible easily from this cottage The rooms very nead and well maintained would recommend this for everyone good joap
