Amazing stay experience. Wonderful place if you want to spend some relaxing weekend, it is equipped with all the facilities. Amazing property manager, he showed us some hidden sight seeking spots very helpful person. Overall had an amazing time here, do consider this stay if you are planning a visit to Kotagiri.

Awesome villa to stay. They have two villas. Service is awesome. Food is not that great. Breakfast was complimentary in which idli, dosa, egg were common everyday & one item they were changing daily like upma,Pongal. Service provided by Pratap was superb. Camp fire provided for day 1 was very very poor. Day2 & 3- they didn't provide camp fire. Location is good. Overall nice experience. Also apart from Mr Pratap no one understands English so if you are local tamilian then ok otherwise communication is big challenge here.

We had a wonderful stay at Ibex in Kothagiri with our family today. The ambience is serene and relaxing, making it a perfect getaway spot. The food was delicious and freshly prepared, which added to the great experience. A special mention to the staff -- Sunil, Suresh, and Prathap -- who were extremely friendly, helpful, and made us feel right at home. Their warm hospitality truly enhanced our stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in the hills!

The villa surrounded by lush green tea gardens and breathtaking beauty added to the very clean and well maintained property is a place to stay with family and friends. We had a fabulous time and with a very courteous staff Pratap the supervisor chef Sunil and room service boy made our stay a very memorable one.

We recently stayed at Ibex Resort in Kotagiri for five days with our family, and I can honestly say it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the friendly and attentive staff. The staff was always prompt in responding to any requests, and their warm hospitality enhanced our experience. Our rooms, Bison and Bear, were spacious, well-furnished, and perfect for a peaceful family holiday. The comfort of the rooms and the serenity of the surroundings, made it a wonderful retreat. The peacefulness of the resort, with only the sounds of birds chirping and the occasional fog drifting through the mountains, provided us with a sense of calm and tranquility. Truly, it felt like a place to recharge the soul. Special mentions to Shiva for his unwavering support throughout our stay and Chef Vasanth, whose culinary creations were simply outstanding. The food was top-notch, and we genuinely felt that it exceeded all our expectations. One suggestion I have is to include a few more indoor games for children, like table tennis or foosball, to keep them engaged.

The resort is great for a family or friends. Spacious living room was setup with lot of furniture for spending time to gather. The sit out overlooking the tea estate was great. Birds chirping all day long was pleasant to hear. I recommend taking a walk down the tea estate and up the mountain a bit to see some breathtaking views. Recommend wearing shoes and pants for the hike. The food and service was very good. Staff Pratap and his subordinates were very accommodative. Only thing to improve is to add proper insulation to prevent the insects that get attracted to light from entering the bathroom.

Quiet and serene are the words to describe this place! The property is surrounded by picturesque tea estates. Very well designed with a nice long balcony. Spacious dining and living areas were clean and well furnished. Garden outside was beautiful. Prathap, Karthik and Murthy (cook) did a good job taking care of breakfast and dinner. Wish they had provided a small area for driver to rest.
