Rooms are okay. People (Sukumar) nice person. Hot water available. Food not available. Limited parking. Value for money.

Very disappointed with the service. They said food was available and asked us to call before , but no response. To make things worse, there are no restaurants nearby, so we had no other option. Extremely poor communication and no responsibility from the hotel staff. Definitely not recommended!

Booked by a friend and went along with him to the property. Rooms were good and neat as it's a new property. Location It's on the outskirts of Kotagiri which is good considering the traffic and population movement. It's okay for a group of friends traveling and for solo travel. IMO not suitable for families as kids need some space for free movement inside the property, and important if you want to enjoy just by staying in the property. Parking Only one car can be parked, and if you are a traveller by 2 wheeler it's okay. Food We ordered the home cooked food which was available there in the property. Tasted perfect. The caretaker and the cook were prompt and responsive to all our needs then and there.

Such a good place to enjoy the wheather and good time with friends. Good located rooms with lot of monkeys in the evening time. Mainly there is no air pollution and noise pollution around the room
