we spent most of the days out so only returned to sleep and eat breakfast. The room I shared with my friend had a balcony with a lovely view! The bed was comfy and I woke refreshed. The breakfast was tasty and hot! the manager was friendly and responded with a smile to every request made. for the price, this resort was a good choice.

Our stay at Cloud Nine Resorts was absolutely wonderful! The breakfast was simple yet sumptuous, personally prepared by the attentive caretaker. We enjoyed a delightful spread of bread, omelette, curries, banana, vadai, and coffee. The curries and yoghurt were delicious, offering an authentic taste of India. The views from the resort are breathtaking, with stunning mountains of tea plantations that truly rival the beauty of Switzerland! The cool weather, around 15 degrees Celsius, added to the charm and made the experience even more refreshing. The room and beds were spotless, thanks to the hardworking caretaker who clearly takes pride in maintaining the property. While the bathroom had a convenient storage heater, a bit of renovation wouldn't hurt to freshen it up. One thing to note: the slope leading up to the resort is quite steep and may not be suitable for larger buses, but it's definitely manageable if you plan accordingly. Overall, Cloud Nine Resorts is a hidden gem with its scenic views, excellent service, and serene atmosphere. Highly recommended for a peaceful getaway!

I had an amazing stay at Cloud Nine Resort! It truly felt like a home away from home. The homemade food was both delicious and customizable, thanks to the caretaker's assistance. The owner's guidance over the phone was very helpful whenever I had questions or issues. The rooms were spotlessly clean. Highly recommended!

Rooms are not at clean. Very poor maintenance. No one for house keeping. All bathroom fitting were broken in most rooms and bathrooms are very congested in the dorm roooms

We planned a 3 days trip from Bangalore to Ooty and we booked this resort through make my trip The stay in this resort was really comfortable one. Harsh sir was really friendly and kindly room was exactly same like the picture shown in make my trip and we have booked the room with balcony with mountain view and that was another plus for us coz we were able to enjoy the climate.... And food was really good and it had homely taste and rate we felt reasonable Thank you so much sir for giving comfortable stay with homely food....

The rooms are good. Host is a responsible guy. Staff are helpful. Bathrooms are ok but could do with more cleaning and maintenance. No towels provided though. Food was good. The rooms are appropriately priced but they charge extra for food and even tea/coffee. That way the total charges go up.

Service is bad, difficult parking.. no outside area to sit.. rooms are not cleaned properly and had to ask for it.. No cafeteria.. view from balcony is not that great, depends on room.. Not worth money of 4k.. Max worth 2.5k/night
