Homely stay with great view of Tea Estates. Food and service were top notch. Food, even a top restaurant in Coimbatore or Ooty can match their taste. Service was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed or stay.

I booked this stay for one day and location was awesome, food was decent and service was fine until check out time. Asked for bill to clear night dinner (veg) and we got over charged. 1 chapati without side was 25rs rupees and "white rice, rasam and vegetable poriyal" 3 people was 540rs . When care taker called I did specify that we need only 6 chapati for dinner but he told that he gave 10 chapati for so 250rs for plains. Also owner changed the stay price 100rs extra than initial agreed at last minute.

Very good place with an amazing view from all around this resort. We went as group of riders from Bangalore and had an amazing time. Lot of place nearby to explore. Advice to the owner is please improve the overall maintenance of resort and it's gonna be the best resort at Kotagiri. You got a wonderful location so use it wisely.

Awesome location, good quality homemade food, I had been on a solo trip, Mr kani welcomed whole hearted. The stay is at it's prime location for any nature lover like me, Kani's knowledge about the stay, the near by scenic places and wildlife is immense. Had good delicious home made food.

We actually booked here since we didn't plan it earlier and it was a long weekend too. Obviously all other rooms were booked and we had no other option they actually charged like 4k per room which is really too much for this place and i can say that the dinner was good but for breakfast they gave idli no other choice and coming to the room and the place we stayed, so basically this looked is like our grand parent's old house because it's really that old and not maintained properly and we stayed in a room with a window which had no grill and lock was broken too so literally anyone can enter even if the door is locked .fortunately the entire cottage was occupied by our family members else maybe I would have left the place for sure even if it is late night.

A perfect place to relax and de-stress for Family and friends. a beautiful place well maintained. If you like vintage style, you're going to love this place, it's all covered in flowers and plants. Amazing view from all angles, artistic environment blended with nature. Don't miss the sit out area in the Terrace nicely done up place. special thanks to care taker KANNI and his family , they prepared Ooty style food and served fresh ,They are always around and catch your eye and come immediately to your cottage to serve you with a smile. You could find some small insects at times, and it's evident because you will be filled with greenery. Overall, we always enjoyed our stay, thanks to cascade meadows we will visit again

Considering the rush on a long weekend, we decided to book in advance with full payment and when on the day of check in we were about to inform our confirmation of visiting the property, they were saying the rooms are full and we will arrange for you near the property. After few calls, they arranged two rooms in the property itself. But upon reaching there, one of the rooms were allotted to others who came in excess of the booked count. All these were done by the owner and when we reached out to him, he just treated us like as if we came there for spot booking. Even informed the caretaker to give us dinner and take us away from there to some other property which till now he didn share the photos or details of it. Because of this, we had to take care of the caretaker's helplessness. After arranging the rooms at the same property, we informed the caretaker to clean the sheets and room once we reach back after the dinner from outside. He had ample time to do all the chores but he decided to stop it halfway. Then we made them to do it properly under our supervision. The only good thing about this place is that the atmosphere and ambience. The rooms are old not the vintage feel but old for real. Atleast they could have maintained it properly. For the price, even in the off-season it is highly overrated. One room didn't have chairs or tables and sheets weren't clean. They were kind of short too. Pure negligence and worst customer service. The property needs to proper maintenance for the price they charge.

Place is a British bungalow with lot of room space and they kept the place as natural as antique, Travel geeks and Nature lovers must stay in this place to enjoy the authenticity. We saw wild life around the property like Bison and deer. This place is one of the best I had ever saw, 360 degree view around the property and you stay in peak point of the hill. We can reach waterfall which is within 500 meters. Staying was amazing and hospitality was good. Food is very authentic and rooms are very spacious with hot water facility. Totally best for the cost in OOTY. Definitely willing to visit once again.
