Bless Hill Heritage Home Stay

A family friendly English bungalow surrounded by mesmerizing Tea estates. Our stay was most comfortable and the food was very yummy. We had an amazing stay at the bungalow. The host was friendly and hospitable. They arranged for campfire, barbecue dinner and great music. It is a pet friendly boutique resort and my pet was taken care of. The resort arranged for guided trek to nearby waterfall and estate walks. In total it was a holiday well spent at Bless hill resort and my children just loved it. I would say it is worth every penny spent. I look forward to come back for another vacation to the place soon. Bless was indeed a Bliss !

This place is truly a blessing. The bungalow is so clean and neat. It carries its own heritage like the taller ceiling, spacious room and the restroom with bathtub was all well maintained. The view from the common area is amazing, we could just sit there siping some tea for hours together enjoying the beautiful and peaceful sight. The food we asked them to prepare was soulful. We had kids with us so our major concern was food, but having them eat there was simply easy because it was great. The hospitality was up to the mark.

Pros: 1. Clean, spacious, and hygienic bathrooms 2. The overall room was also spacious with comfortable bed and clean covers. 3. The view from the sit-out, garden, and swing area was beautiful. Cons: 1. Switches in the switch board was loose and unsafe to touch as the earthing was not correct. Caution: Always wear slippers while touching the switch. 2. Food was not worth the price. We had high expectations after reading other reviews, but the vegetable briyani was under cooked and the taste bland with only 2 veggies added. 3. No active support staff/ helpers. We had to close and open the gate of the property all the time which was really difficult. 4. Curtains in the room entrance was not clean and needs washing.

Average ambience. We expected more but environment is not so good. Food was good. We booked an entire villa but at last moment they gave only 3 rooms. Cost is too high for this ambience and environment. But hospitality is good. Owner and food service took care of everything. If you are more specific about an environment and ambience it is not recommended.

We were a group of 6 adults and 2 children. I am allergic to food additives and have other dietary restrictions so this place was truly blessing. We had yummy home food and they cooked almost anything we asked the way we wanted. The beautifully restored colonial building was spotlessly clean with a good view. Location is well connected. The service was exemplary despite the hosts having a wedding in the family. Highly recommended for families.

Stayed here with my family and cousins for a night. Place is well maintained and have a cool view from the common area. Rooms are clean and the hospitality is amazing. I was totally impressed with the home made food I had 3 times during my stay and it was top notch. Thank you very much for making me experience the wonderful stay.

The stay is at awesome location and the service is too good. The food is of great quality and you can visit their own tea garden and chill. They also organise bonfire if you want to but of course with some extra charge.
