ARASAN RESIDENCY

Booked 2 premium rooms in Agoda for 3.7k. Value for money. Very clean. Service is good and caring. Located in main. The view is good but only the city view. Instead of booking in ooty hotel for triple the price, book this hotel and enjoy your stay.

It's a brand new hotel it's in hot of the city. Nice and kind hearted service by the staffs and room boys . It's hi-tech locking and safety system. The management should adjust their rules and conditions as the middle class families comes for site seeing. It's was a fine stay. People who want to stay in a natural condition and natural lovers it's won't suits.

We had a great stay at Arasan Residency. The rooms were comfortable, well-maintained, and service provided by the staff was excellent. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I would definitely suggest this for families. Highly recommended.

Am from kerala. I had stayed at Arasan in 2025 new year eve and it was a great stay. Neat room with all the reuired amenities like full time hot water, kettle etc. The location is at the kotagori town. It was a calm and quiet stay. Friedly and respectful staffs. Thanks Arasan team.

Nestled right in the heart of Kotagiri, the hotel location is right on point. The park is right opposite to the main road. Evening walks are so enjoyable as everything is nearby. Walk to Moody 's is just a stone throw away. The rooms are spacious and well lit. Staffs are so welcoming you would want to come back. Definitely coming back soon.

I stayed in Arasan Residency, Kotagiri with my family for 4 nights in May 2024. It is very near to Kamarajar Statute. It is a very new hotel and I am given to understand it started functioning from April 2024. The rooms are clean and good. It has a huge space in the front for car park. It is a budget hotel with all basic facilities. The hotel does not have a restaurant hence no complimentary breakfast is provided. The hotel is just 100 metres away from Annalakshmi veg restaurant where the food is very good. The hotel is an ideal place to stay with family particularly for those who do not have their own vehicle since it is situated at the heart of kotagiri junction where cab/auto facilities are available. I can provide many suggestions to this hotel for their improvement and for a long run and one being the tariff per night for deluxe room could be Rs. 2,500/- (for a couple) and Rs. 3,000/- (for 3 persons) . Just because it is a new hotel they should not start charging more as it may affect their take off. As a new hotel I do not wish to speak about the cons but I wish them a good luck.
