Amazing Stay with Friends - Totally Worth It! We had an incredible time staying at this hotel with a group of friends, and I can honestly say it was one of the most fun and memorable trips we've had! From the moment we checked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and super helpful. The rooms were clean, cozy, and perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring and laughing with friends. The amenities were good, and plenty of spaces to chill out and enjoy each other's company. We even got a few upgrades and surprises that made the experience even better! Ignore the negative and fake reviews floating around. We didn't experience any of those issues, and it felt like some people just want to complain for the sake of it. Trust me, if you're planning a trip with friends and want a place where you can have fun, relax, and make great memories, this is the spot! Can't wait to come back again!

TERRIBLE PLACE TO STAY - POWER CUT & RUDE STAFF! This is one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. The moment I plugged in my laptop charger, the entire room's electricity went out--which is already a huge red flag. But what happened next was even more shocking. When I reported the issue, instead of helping, the staff outright told me to vacate the room because they "won't help." No apology, no attempt to fix the problem--just pure rudeness and zero professionalism. A hotel that can't even handle a basic electrical load and has staff that refuses to assist guests doesn't deserve to be in business. Avoid this place at all costs unless you want to deal with unreliable facilities and arrogant, unhelpful management. Absolutely disgraceful. Would rate 0 stars if I could.

I checked into this guest house on 15-03-2025 at 9.15 am. A room was allotted to me. As per plan i had access to the kitchen, limited usage of washing machine etc etc. We were three people -myself, my wife and son. When my son had plugged in his laptop, the power supply on the room was tripped. When called to inform the matter the lady who manages the affairs of this accommodation has stood on the view that it was because of the fault of the laptop system that the power went off and she has refused to get the power restored. When we insisted on restoring the power in the room immediately, she behaved very rudely and told us vacate the room immediately. Being a regular traveller this was a worst experience for me and i was forced to find another accommodation, causing me a lot of mental agony and losing my precious time too. Adding insult to injury, she has charged Rs. 500/- for the duration of time we occupied the room. We were forced to vacate the room for none of our fault!. I suggest travellers to never opt for this guest house when you are in Kotagiri. There are many good rooms available in the vicinity with politely behaving staff. Opting this accommodation will only spoil your mood.

I recently stayed at The Nilgiris Inn for a family trip, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is situated in a peaceful, scenic area with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. It's perfect for a relaxing trip. Overall, The Nilgiris Inn offers excellent service, beautiful surroundings, and great amenities. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful trip.

The worst experience that we had ever had in life. The lady was behaving very rude and bad.( We were embarassed a lot by this ). Children had no freedom to play. The rooms were very expensive. And the rooms were not worth the price. The price for the meal was very very expensive and the food was also not worth the price, it was tasteless. The lady did not respond properly and when confronted about this, the lady emotionally attacked us. We planned to stay there for 4 days, but after this kind of behaviour, we immediately checked out after 1 day. The children were yelled at because they were making much more noise. Instead of yelling at children, they could have handled it calmly by informing to the adults. The rooms were not at all in good condition, it was very uncomfortable staying. The lady was always behind money. Always behind money and no proper response after receiving money. I advise you not to stay here , it was very uneasy to stay.

Zero rating is the perfect match for this property Rooms are not properly cleaned No tv No room service Restroom is worst We stayed with family but other 7 rooms are bachelors and they made full of noice till 2am No security and no safety to stay this property Don't book this property.

It's very nice home this..We stayed here for five days, a very beautiful home, neat and clean rooms and everything, I like owner responsibility and workers also..thanks for everything..
