Very quiet and a nice place. Manager Mr. Karthik was awesome and very courteous! Very nice place for a family. ||The resort has a beautiful lawn as a backyard - good for small family games (like passing-the-ball, etc.). There is also good parking place. ||The only place where there can be good improvement is the complimentary breakfast - food is tasty, but could be better is arranged like a buffet system where you go pick the food you want instead of it being placed right on your table. The latter is better from the hygiene-point-of-view, but this is a subjective thought...

The resort is very well maintained and clean and spacious for a family trip. It is in a nice quiet place. It has an east view from the balcony and a west view near parking. The resort manager and the owner were very friendly and hospitable. They cooked whatever food we had asked for and it was very tasty and much affordable.

I used to travel kothagiri & ooty past 15 year's, but its a best place to stay. Life time memory. Sun rise, sun set, fresh flower's, kindly staff, food quality... Bear's in night time, mist view.... Simply amazing for all. Kids play area, meeting place, function lawn etc etc.... I strongly recommended this place as must stay in Niligiris... Just adjecnt to kothagiri... Silent and vibe place

Karthik was a super host and very knowledgeable about guest experiences. He made everything possible needed and approachable. In addition the owners son was a gem of a guy too who knows at such young age on guest networking and support . We would love to be back here .

A good resort in kotagiri with ample lawn play area. There are 3 buildings and each buildings have 3 rooms of different capacity in a peaceful location. Complimentary breakfast was good. Mr.Karthik takes care of the needs of the guest and a nice host, guides local places too. Overall worth for money in a good location.

Wonderful resort to visit as a family... People who love Privacy, Intimacy and Nature will definitely love this place.. The hospitality by the Manager, Home cooked feel delicious food made by the chef is the highlight.. The Flower visit, Hill view backyard is a surprise element for us... Warm welcome from the owner Karthi, nice stay,wonderful atmosphere, great ambience... felt like the best holiday plan for us! Our room had a balcony which provides cool breeze all the day, mountain views and the great red sunrise! We had gone for a walk around,saw the hydrangea nursery owned by the property. Owner made us the feel that we are cared all the time. Room has plenty of space, but bathroom space is little bit congested and lacks an exhaust fan. Breakfast was also good.. with idlis, white and red chutneys,pongal, vada and tea, coffee. When we gone to the shining caves at anakkatti, we have identified how great was the reception we have received at Longwood! Thanks to Karthi! We expect to meet you again
