Best place to stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful always willing to assist us with any questions.Our room was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed.The bathroom was well-equipped.Overall we had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to other travelers.

I booked two rooms at this hotel and even paid an advance via WhatsApp. I visited hotel with my family in the morning for checkin. They said that the rooms will be free only at 11am and have provided one temporary room To fresh up. However, upon arriving at night for check-in, I was shocked to find out that they had sold the rooms I had booked to someone else. The staff asked the four of us to adjust in a single room, which was completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the room they offered was in terrible condition. The bed sheets were dirty and had stains. The water supply was unreliable and stopped intermittently, making our stay extremely uncomfortable. In addition to it, there are no car parking facility available. The only positive was the staffs were polite and easily approachable. But over all This experience was highly unprofessional and disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Absolute Cheats. Worst of the worst and do not believe any Rosy pictures. Be it with Booking.com or Agoda. They get the money and don't provide any service whatsoever. No lifts for 2nd floor. No phone contacts. No parking. To be park in highways. Absolutely waste of time.

The state of the rooms is abysmal--void of basic amenities such as room fresheners, soaps, and any semblance of proper hygiene. Though they seemingly comprehend your concerns, they feign ignorance with audacious indifference. Under no circumstances should you entertain even a fleeting notion of booking accommodations here. In summary, choosing this hotel is tantamount to stepping into an unmitigated disaster.
