Hanging Huts Resort

I recently stayed at Hanging Huts resort and it was amazing. Every cottage has a mountain facing balcony and the view is just amazing. The location is great and peaceful. Rooms are clean and food is awesome! There's no reason to complain and everything was perfect.

If you want to enjoy the peace and calmness with home made food then this the place you want to be. The team whoever take care of the guests are always smiling and trying their best to cater to the needs. Located just above tea garden and you get a very scenic and peaceful view.

This resort, located in a very picturesque place, is definitely worth the money you'd wanna spend for if you're all in for a surreal, nature-laden stay. Surrounded by absolute greenery, I just admired almost everything about this property. The rooms were tidy and comforting, and the food was just perfect for this location you'd bound yourself within. I'd gladly recommend this resort for families and couples as well. Cheerio!

Hanging Huts in Kotagiri is a perfect escape into nature, offering breathtaking views and absolute serenity. The peaceful surroundings, fresh mountain air, and lush greenery make it an ideal place to unwind. The hospitality is exceptional, with warm and welcoming staff ensuring a comfortable stay. What impressed me the most is that even after all these years--since my first visit in 2017--the property is still beautifully maintained, just as pristine and charming. A must-visit for anyone seeking a tranquil retreat!

Loved the service and ofcourse shanti ji. She was very helpful and one of the calmest personality we have ever seen. From the homestay you can see the best sunrise 10/10 for that.

We really enjoyed the place ,the view with rooms balcony was awesome ,as I asked them to reserve a room with a good view ,foods taste is good especially the morning indian breakfast idly tasted good ,car parking is really tight not more 4 cars can be fit .room service was good , I think the resort charge a little higher than what it is worth. You get a good privacy and almost no sound .overall good worth giving a try.

At Hanging Huts, we experienced delightful rooms with balconies overlooking tea estates, beautiful garden path, and the calm and freshness of the Nilgiri hills. The staff were very helpful in satisfying the individual dining needs of our party of four.

Great location in the midst of a tea estate and a little bit out of the way. The staff - especially the cook and wait staff are sweet and very helpful. Lovely views with gaur sauntering around outside in the estate and priceless views of the misty mountains in the morning. Well worth a visit again. Hopefully the area around doesn't get commercialized like Ooty any time soon.
