Breezy Land Residency

Very bad experience. Rooms were not at all neat. Rooms were smelling dusty.There were no shelves or almirahs.Even curtain was only half the window. No parking facility. Cockroaches were running across the room. Very disappointed.

Due to an unforeseen incident, we had to cancel our booking. When we requested a refund, they deceived us, and after more than a week of repeatedly following up with them, they finally informed us that the refund would not be processed. This is by far the most dishonest establishment I have ever encountered. They make money solely by deceiving others with false promises. I strongly advise against choosing this hotel.

Unethical people - Especially the representatives. Breezy Land Inn is full of money grabbers who will go to any lengths to take your money. I made a reservation through Booking.com and was asked to pay half the amount upfront, which was 2800 rupees. Due to a last-minute cancellation of my trip, I contacted the hotel to inform them. Without me even requesting it, Mr Avinash offered to refund the amount but asked me to cancel the reservation on Booking.com so the room could be rebooked. It seemed reasonable, so I canceled the reservation. However, after the cancellation, they neither refunded my money nor answered my calls. This place is ideal for those with no regard for ethics. If you value integrity, avoid this hotel. Thanks.

Very worst experience.unmaintained all the rooms unhygienic place.

Friendly, accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile. good looking rooms. There was a manager that helped to serve us during the set dinners, he was very helpful and polite. Very worst rooms I have ever visited in hilly areas. Rooms are not expected as seen in pics. It is quite the opposite of wat u see on their website. Rooms they showed were filled with mosquitoes and insects. Please visit and then book a room if you are satisfied.

The place was easy to find but the room was not worth it. We had booked 2 deluxe room and nothing about the room felt like deluxe. They provided towel and toileteries only when we asked them. There were lot of insects in the room no proper curtain for the window. The mountain view is possible from the terrace and not from the room.

Avoid this place! We arrived for check-in (2:00 PM) and were made to wait 20 minutes for room cleaning. They only accepted cash and pressured us to cancel our Booking.com reservation to avoid a review. We were fooled by the 7.8 rating in booking.com. The rooms we received (2 family rooms & 1 couple room) were dirty and smelled bad (pictures attached). No complimentary breakfast either. Look elsewhere to enjoy your Yercaud trip!
