Alif Serviced Apartment

I had to choose a property near to VIT, And I had chosen Alif Serviced Apartment. The property is very good with all necessary amenities. Caretaker, Mr Abel was very cordial. I would like to visit again

I stayed with family for 6 nights. It was a good experience. The care taker was available immediately to fix a bathroom plumbing issue. This 1BHK is good enough for entire family. Two bathrooms are helpful in morning hurry. Calm locality to stay with family. All rooms are maintained clean. Air-condition was in good condition. RO water purifier at kitchen was useful for drinking water. Ola/Uber services are available easily. Then why 4 stars? 1. The location is far from busy areas with no shops and restaurants around it. On Vandalur-Kelambakkam road, a few shops available. For most cases you need to go to GST road for good restaurants. So you need to have a vehicle always. 2. At 2nd floor house, the water pressure is very low for toilet use. It must be fixed with better plumbing.

Absolutely wonderful experience staying at Alif Service Apartment with my wife for 10 days! Located in a decent locality, Mr. Gani, the owner, was incredibly approachable and quick to address any issues. The housekeeping and maintenance staff were efficient and friendly. Overall, a homely haven for families, friends, and decent groups. Highly recommend!

I booked a 1bhk and stayed with my family. Pros: 1. The room, living room and kitchen were clean. 2. Wifi was available and there is a smart TV 3. There is a sofa cum bed in the living room. 4. There is a small balcony which was good to relax in the morning. 5. The kitchen space is good and helpful to cook what is needed for our kid. Cons: 1. There is no lift in the apartment. If you have heavy luggage to carry, it will be difficult to carry. 2. There are 2 bathrooms. One bathroom in the living room was clean. But the attached bathroom stinks and not usable. The water was leaking from the shooter in both bathrooms. 3. Little overpriced.

Good and clean place to stay. It is inside a community so it's safe and there are all facilities for cooking with a TV and AC. Good choice if you're looking for something in the outskirts near Perangulathur/Vandalur.
