Zion Elite Residency

Had a pleasant 2-night stay at Zion Elite Residency in Kodaikanal. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the ambiance was peaceful--great for a relaxing break. The staff were courteous and helpful, and the location was convenient with a nice view. However, a couple of things could be improved--there was no complimentary breakfast, and the parking area is quite small, which might be a concern during peak seasons. Overall, a very good experience and would consider staying again.

It's located near to the city wth good ambience...nice mountain view...building is looking gud wthout old moistorous smell...cheap nd best...service is gud...especially food...if u want to go wth ur family in ur budget , it's a gud place to visit...

Last month we stayed in zion cottage the rooms were clean and accommodation was good, they serviced us good food and the taste was nice. The two sisters was too good they cook what we ask. And Martin thambi and santosh thambi was so helpfull, Kind and good hearted. Totally our holiday was awasome.

This is a remote isolated place with a very quiet atmosphere. Rooms are compact. Door mat, shower towel, soap are provided only if asked. Always eat before you come here, because food delivery doesn't work here often. There is a water doctor at reception. Overall a nice economic hotel

The rooms were clean and hygienic during our stay at Zian Elite Cottage. There room service and food service was very good. The cottage was even better than I expected. The care by the service man and manager was very very good. Next time we need to book a room, we will definitely come here and book a room. We booked maximum rooms in Kodaikanal, hotel and room were never together, your (Zion Elite) cottage and restaurant were together so our difficulty was reduced.

The guy in the red circle is the manager of very very very worst home stay , Zion elite Residency. This guy is trying to hide his face due to his bad deeds these people do with the outside tourist. Be aware of this home stay and this guy.|We stayed in this money waste stay for our most unlucky 3 days. We were 4 members but they only gave 2 towels for whole our stay.||We asked for a complimentary tea then the big wealthy owner said that there was no milk while this red circle guy manager was taking a full bucket of tea.||This home stay was like prison cage you cannot go to enjoy any activities .||In this stay there is no security at all. no guard , at night they don't put lock on the main gate. Whole night we felt very very unsafe , terrible and in rooms the lock was also not well maintained ||If you come here to stay then be ready to sleep on teared bed sheet with tore mattress and toilet with so many mosquito without any coil and very bad smell , no adjust fan

The location is good. However, during this summer, they did not have water. The water they provided was very muddy and dirty and could not be used for anything except for flushing. At least a basic filtering should have been done before sending the water to the rooms. There are no lifts to reach your rooms. You have to climb the steps all the time. There use to be none in the front desk to raise any queries.
