Good for bachelors. Hot water is available between 7:30AM to 9:30AM only. There was a problem with the motor and heater when I visited the place but was corrected within an hour. Regarding room, i booked online for 750rs for single occupancy room with hot water (specifically checked while bookin). But during check-in, I was offered room with no attached toilet. Shelled out more money to get a room with attached toilet and faced an issue with hot water next day morning. Has limited parking facility since it is located on a narrow lane. Was traveling in a bike. So I was able to manage the parking.

They are providing fraud services. I booked cottage from them on 29 December 17.they send me some pics of cottage.cottage photos was good, so we quickly book that cottage.29 December we reached cottage and we shocked. because cottage was very different than photos,very far from town,No mobile network.and they just say me sorry that's it.I don't have options that night because I am with my family and small kids.second day morning I reached town and book hotel.during check out they start fighting with me because of 18% GST. I was very tired. Please don't book from them any holidays or if you want to book don't pay advanced.

STAY AWAY! SHADY, AGGRESSIVE MANAGER! The place was booked out, despite my online booking confirmation. The owner claimed to have a place next door - and had me deported to a place 2km out of town. He started pressuring me to pay for the taxi to go there when I rejected to stay there and got more and more aggressive. VERY unpleasant experience! Avoid by all means and save your holidays!

The rooms are inexpensive and homely. The staff are polite, and hospitality was nice throughout. Its also located close to the Bus Stand.

I stayed in padayapa residency which is located in the heart for Kodaikanal rooms were tidy and the service was good it's suitable for budget traveller's

It's fine stay .. hot water time 8.00AM
