Treebo Aall Season

This is the worst hotel in Kodaikanal. Do not book it. This is an honest review. Most of the positive reviews online are fake and written by their own staff. From check-in to check-out, they deceive guests. The manager does not care about service or customer needs--he only focuses on money. When we raised our concerns, he pretended to be busy on his phone instead of addressing them. They force guests to pay the full amount at check-in. Do not pay in advance--they are just looting people. They also discourage guests from eating outside, claiming the food is expensive or unsafe, and then overcharge for their own food. We booked for a group of 20 people, and the experience was terrible. The power went out the entire night, there was no water in the morning, and when we complained, they simply told us to leave if we weren't happy. We had to find another hotel early in the morning just to freshen up. When we contacted the owner, Mr. Krishna Kumar (Treebo AALL SEASONS), he was extremely rude and unhelpful. He refused to refund any money and said he couldn't do anything about our complaints. The hotel's high rating on Google (4.5 stars) is misleading. It is not a 3-star hotel--it doesn't even deserve 1 star. Avoid this place at all costs.

Good place, rooms are super clean, comfortable with great amenities. We stayed at Treebo Aall seasons for 2 nights. The staff here are polite spoken, friendly with good hospitality. The receptionist Mutthhukumaran helped us with easy check in and check out. Location is 1km to the bua stand, peaceful. Only one drawback is you don't get Veg food for dinner nearby need to walk for 1.5km. Overall good for families

Room is very spacious and good looking. Located in center of city with car parking facility. Bed was big and comfortable. But the bed covers had stains which was unpleasant. Breakfast was good and tasty. Room service could be better they didn't refill refreshments (tea bag ) after first day and didn't check for other things. Overall it was worth the money and slightly didn't meet my expectations as shown in website

We stayed at the property for one night. Manager Muthukumar assisted very well. He provided us with good room with hot water facility. He arranged delicious dinner from the property kitchen itself at very nominal cost. The chef and helping staff have been courteous and humble and prepared meals exclusively for us. I would like to add there that one has to compromise on some little things while being out of the luxury of our homes. We also need to be humble while expecting some favour. They have assisted us excellently and we will always remember their hospitality.

Recp.manager m.kumaran service is very very good and morning breakfast is also good. Treebo all season hotel gives us best experience in Kodaikanal. All services are good. We will visit here next time also.

Stayed March 31st 2025 to April 2nd 2025 I would like to provide my experience in this hotel. We have taken 2 rooms. 1. Rooms are good. 2. We went to check in at 12.30pm and waited for 15min as he is not there at the desk. After that person came and we checked in. 3. After check in, took out luggage from car and found that lift is not working. He said he will send luggage with boy. We went to 2nd floor by steps. no luggage after fresh up we asked for goos veg hotel for lunch. He suggested Aster Veg which is not at all good and higiene. 4 we came back from lunch and went to room. We waited for luggage till 4.3PM. till that no dress change and all. 5. Regarding the dinner, we ordered rice, dal curry and chapathi. Chapati's are very small size and rice quantity is very less and also curry quantity also very less but the price is very high. Overall our stay was not pleasant as lift was not there for 2 days and many power cuts during the stay. And breakfast is not good. Not recommended for families who want good stay. Thanks Shankar.
