I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The site view was absolutely stunning, offering a peaceful and scenic atmosphere that made my trip even more special. We stayed at Tangerine Resort for two nights with family and had a lovely experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was peaceful. The kids enjoyed the pool, and the food was tasty with good variety. A perfect spot for a short and relaxing family getaway.

We stayed for 2 nights and the resort is absolutely amazing, great service and really beautiful resort. While there are handful of people for providing service, they do their best and make sure that the guests are comfortable. I would definately suggest this resort to families with lil ones.

Worst propert and service. If you want to get yourself screwed and frustrated book it. All rooms are dirty, full of damp and really old. Front desk manager Ms Anita and Mr Akhil will not care to help plus try to upsell normal rooms for extra charges. They don't have a restaurant and be ready to walk for 1km for food. Poor locality 8km away from city center.

We had a wonderful family stay at The Tangerine! Everything was fantastic - comfortable rooms, delicious food, convenient parking, and excellent service. Highly recommend!

Worst place to live in .Room service not good.All about the hotel are worst.I had booking it through MMT but place and food and service was worst

1. The location is not good: The bus frequency from kodaikanal bus stand to the resort is almost 1.5 Hours. So If you miss a bus then you have to wait for 1 or 1.5 Hours for next bus.

Very nice resort, good food, service and view from balcony is awesome
