Horrible Stay. These people have posted all fake and old pictures of the rooms but in real it's a nightmare and only the mountain view can calm the sour mood. We had booked 2 rooms for 3 nights. Rooms are like rat holes. Windows are sealed, Cupboard is not there to keep stuff, no room heater and the washroom is so tiny and stinks worst than public toilets. Wooden floor is torned out.Flies and insects are there even if the room is sealed. They don't even clean the rooms ever. Service is not good. Don't ever book over here if you want a peaceful stay.

The vacation for couple. It was a very nice experience. Mr. Bala an amazing person, he is polite and humble. He gave his utmost services to us. Coming to the cost, rent, food cost everything here is affordable. Parking facility, location, quiet and nice facilities.

We booked 2 budget rooms for 2 days. The location of the hotel is very good and staff is courteous and responsive. But the rooms are not in good shape. Handle for our bathroom door was broken and there were no other rooms available. The rooms are very very tiny and bathroom are too small to even stand comfortably. But if you are within a budget, it is okay for just night stay. They do bonfire in the night and have music. Food is available at the hotel but they have limited options and you have to pre-book early. It takes a long time for them to prepare the food. TVs are available in the room but very limited channels in local languages are available. They are not smart TVS so you cannot watch your preferred content. Wifi is available and has good speed except in corner rooms where it keeps getting disconnected.

My stay at The Jacks Hilltop was extremely disappointing. None of the power plugs in the room worked, and there was no hot water. I complained to the staff five times, but received no response. The manager said the issue started after check-in and that there was no electrician available. I found it hard to believe that with empty rooms, they couldn't offer me an alternative room. When I asked for hot water, they provided a single bucket of water and suggested I use the washroom from another checked-out room. To top it off, no drinking water was provided, and when I asked, I had to request a glass separately. No one assisted with my luggage during checkout, and the staff appeared indifferent and unhelpful throughout my stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone based on the lack of basic amenities and poor customer service.

Experience at the Jacks Hilltop Food: The food was delicious, which we appreciated. However, the preperation & delivery time was quite slow, and the prices were on the higher side, making the dining experience less enjoyable. Cleanliness: The overall cleanliness was average. While the spaces were not extremely dirty, they didn't meet the expectations of a well-maintained resort especially, the dining tables. Room: We opted for a basic room priced at 2500 per night. Unfortunately, the tiny room lacked several basic facilities that one would expect at this price point. There was no cupboard or dustbin in the room, and essentials like soap and towels were also not provided. Hospitality: One of the positives of the stay was the staff. They were friendly, approachable, and ensured we felt welcome throughout our stay. There were some good aspects like the food taste and the hospitality, the lack of basic facilities and delays in service made it a mixed experience.

The worst worst stay I have ever stay. Don't even think about this hotel. The so called scenic view room is stinky, wooden floors are damaged and can't even walk. Bathroom is worst with no proper guesser connection and too tiny.

The lack of hot water in the bathroom until 8 am due to power issues was an inconvenience, particularly in the cooler mornings. Additionally, the initial malfunctioning water kettle, though promptly replaced by the staff, was a minor hiccup in an otherwise seamless stay. Despite these minor drawbacks, the overall value for the price was undeniable. The cozy ambiance, coupled with the mesmerizing view and comfortable accommodations, created a truly memorable experience. With a few improvements to the service, such as ensuring consistent access to hot water and meticulously checking the functionality of in-room amenities, this accommodation would easily earn top marks. The staff's responsiveness in addressing the kettle issue was commendable, highlighting their commitment to guest satisfaction. With a little more attention to detail and proactive maintenance, this charming retreat has the potential to become an exceptional choice for travelers seeking a tranquil and unforgettable getaway.

Horrible stay, horrible service and worst management. Inappropriate behaviour with ladies, bad food, Rooms are like rat hole, no maintenance. The manager started to misbehave with the women in my family. I would never ever recommend this stay to anyone. 0.0/5.0 is my rating
