The Carlton

My family and I have been coming to this hotel for more than 20 years and everytime the service is excellent. The organisation of the restaurant and the club is so good and all the units of the hotel is very well coordinated. Mr. Anand has been in this hotel for as long as I know and still provides his best of service. The evening "Game of Housie" he conducts every evening just gathers the crowd to a pleasant and wholesome time. I would highly recomend this place if you want to wind back and relax.

Hospitality at its best. From the security guard till the manager, everyone was humble and friendly. Ambience was fantastic. All the shops are nearby and no need to take a cab to go somewhere and buy. Amazing gardening too. My kid enjoyed very much. Whole stay was pleasant.

The stay was excellent. The ambience is great and the location of the hotel is convenient. We had booked deluxe room which had a balcony with lake view. It was pleasant stay. From the staffs to services everything was top notch. We had a great family experience.

Our stay at The Carlton, Kodaikanal was truly wonderful. The overall experience was awesome, and the ambience paired with the calm surroundings made it incredibly soothing and relaxing.||A special mention to the housekeeping staff and the event coordinator for their exceptional service. Mr. Nagaraj and Mr. Marimuthu were extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay. Their attention to detail and warm attitude made a big difference. I would also like to give a shout-out to Mr. Anand, the event coordinator, for his support and coordination which made our stay even more pleasant.||Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable retreat in Kodaikanal!

It was a pleasure staying there. They have very nice hospitality. The view from hotel is very nice. It has a connected way to lake which makes easy to visit lake. They have a play area for kids to keep them busy. The uncle who makes us play tambola is very soft spoken.

Excellent traditional 5star hotel. I have throughly enjoyed my stay here. Kids enjoyed a lot. Excellent service by carlton team. They are so friendly and well mannered. Right from reception team to restaurant and room service, they have done their job perfectly. Thanks.
