StayVista at Midsummer Mist in Kodaikanal | 4 BHK Premium Villa

We had a great time staying at this place. The caretakers were amazing and helpful. We loved the service they provided. But the place is a bit overpriced. Have stayed at better places than this in Coorg, Chikmagalur & Kotagiri in much lesser price. Some rooms were tiny and cramped & there was some dampness in the rooms which I won't expect for the money I paid. Apart from that it was at a good quiet location. Away from city crowd and noise but close enough for quick visit.

The house was good and well maintained. Closer to the Kodai Lake and access to restaurants were easy . The garden was of descent size and properly maintained. I felt the price charged for this stay was way too high ( I have stayed in similar Home-stays at a much cheaper rates with much better facility. ) . There was never a yes to whatever request we made to them. I expected a better hospitality for the price we paid . I would not suggest this place for people who would love to be on a peaceful vacation as we need to arrange for anything that we need including food. No own cooking possible nor they cook for us( though this was communicated while booking I found it a big drawback for a Homestay ) . Overall I felt I should have gone with an earlier cottage rather than experimenting on a new one .

A beautifully done house 10 mins away from kodai lake. They have a beautiful garden. The breakfast served was very delicious and it was south indian. Well furnished, well appointed rooms. We enjoyed our stay here.

One of the best resorts to visit if you're thinking of having the best time with 2 or more families............ There Are four rooms which all are very neat and tidy ........................ The price rang throughout the season so keep in mind to ask them .........

Tucked away in a quiet and green corner away from main traffic in kodai... One of the most beautiful villas I have stayed with 4 bedrooms all of them are in suite... all rooms had extra mattress... ground floor had a larger living room with glass windows opening to the garden. It was very cozy.. a very clean and well maintained property... The care takers were the most humble and most polite people I have ever met... the care lady caretaker kokila is a excellent cook.. we barely had any food out in the hotels... The villa owner Mr. Vishnu ensured that all was taken care... stay vista manager Mr. Shumuk ensured our stay was comfortable... Over all I would not hesitate what so ever to go and stay at mid summer mist...

Really horrible experience at Satyvista Midsummer mist. Pathetic breakfast and overall experience. The caretaker was just interested in staying inside their house. Exorbitant tariff for nothing. No food options nearby and all these people are interested in how to fleece you Avoid this place

Wonderful and peaceful stay. Worth it.

A quiet place and surrounded by tall tress on the lawn side. Rooms are well maintained. Good breakfast.
