Great place to stay , kid and family friendly, good service|Nice booking process. Approachable management l. Immediately attending to queries. Taking care of guests requests and guiding them for sight seeing and other activities. Overall very good experience.

The Room was worst unhygienic, outdated the manager there just want to mint the money, initially we got fool by just looking pics online however when visited and seen the property it was pathetic hence requested to just make a stay for a day and requested cancelation for couple of days he insisted to pay upfront for 3 days later after speaking with owner agreed for 2 days but after paying we checked out in a day as there was no water supply, no wifi, not even provided basic toiletries despite booking suite room there, The owner manage to give us with his other property by name spring valley enclave which was good and we stayed there for couple of days and thoroughly enjoyed. The owner was kind enough to co-operate with us.

Super food and water facility. Very lowest prize.. Worth for money.. I feel very happy in this trip... Thank you...

good hotel, nice to stay with family... Staff also have good behavior, hot water 24 hours... easy accessible

The room facilities are all good, the bathroom facilities are all great, 25 hours hot water and Dinesh and Manish there were very helpful.... spring valley residency

They're cheaters. Pls don't book it online. They are in all online booking website. If you book it onlin they are not allowing to stay there and no refund. Location also not good. Pls pls pls don't waste your valuable money for this for this cheapest hotel. If you book this hotel online your money is gone. And the hotel staff are so pathetic. They are best of cheaters in kodaikkanal. I can add my booking details. So be careful of this hotel.

If you are going here with kids never go there, the room is very dirty, full of hair and literally you can keep the barefoot on the floor. There is not even a chair, only 1 bed and you need to sit on, for extra bed they charged Rs.500. spend some more and get some decent place, we regret staying here
