Poppys Pleasant Stay Kodaikanal

I had a wonderful stay at Poppys and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed by the friendly and professional staff. The service was consistently excellent throughout my stay. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety, and the restaurant team went above and beyond to make the experience enjoyable. A special thanks to Ajay for his exceptional hospitality--his helpful and courteous nature truly stood out. I'd also like to appreciate Gilson and Vishnu from the restaurant for their attentive service and warm attitude. The hotel is located in a great spot, making it convenient for getting around. Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing experience, and I look forward to staying here again.

The room looks absolutely stunning, with stylish decor and a comfortable atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at home. The service throughout the stay is very good--attentive and friendly staff elevate the experience. The food, while decent, is fairly average and could use a bit more flair to match the rest of the offerings. However, the view from the suite room is nothing short of breathtaking, offering a panoramic spectacle that's worth the visit alone. In the restaurant, Mr. Gilson stood out with his exceptional service, going above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of. Overall, it's a delightful stay with just a few minor areas for improvement!

Our Stay at Hotel Poppys pleasant stay was good. Hospitality and kind gesture by Mrs.Pushpam at the reception was exceptional. Apart from this,room service is not good they not even coming up to request room service.the food at melting pot was average.

Pleasant Stay, Slight Hiccup at Check-In|I recently stayed at Poppys pleasant stay and overall, it was a very positive experience. The hotel boasts an excellent location, very near to lake, crockery walk, briant park etc.|The room service was prompt and the food was delicious. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a wide variety of options and fresh, high-quality ingredients.|The room itself was clean and comfortable, and the staff were generally friendly and helpful.|My only real issue was the delay at check-in. and had to wait approximately one hour before my room was ready. While the staff were apologetic, it was a bit frustrating after a long journey.|Despite the check-in delay, I would still recommend for its excellent room service, tasty breakfast, and prime location. If they can improve their check-in process, it would truly be a perfect stay.

Overall, our experience was very good. The food was generally nice, though we felt it could be improved slightly based on one day's experience. The service was great, and the staff were extremely humble and down-to-earth. The hotel's location is absolutely wonderful, adding to the charm of our stay. Things to consider Restaurent service is slow.

We stayed here for two days (week days). Our children enjoyed indoor games. Room ambience was nice. Good complementary breakfast.Mr. Gilson and Ms.shalini was very welcoming and very fast with service. we will definitely come back to stay here for our future trips. Reception people were very helpful . Because of one way, Google won't help you to reach this place. Better ask reception people for directions.

Best and pleasant stay in kodaikanal with family , My 6 year old Sam enjoyed a lot and didn't bored. We booked 2 rooms and the service person Nancy was very helpful and friendly with us. Morning breakfast was really good.......one concern is Car is parked in another place not in hotel.inside hotel there is no car parking.they have drivers and they will park it.
