The hotel room and safety of staying is also good . But the network is not available for sometimes and signal is also not getting. Airtel, Jio, vodafone network signal is not getting in kodailanal, only bsnl sim is only available. Everything (i:e;food,hotel,shopping) is very far from this hotel. The family who are coming for stay I would not recommend please choose any other hotel in which every shops are available in nearby.

The worst experience of my life. Horrible service. There was no drinkable water available. Geyser was not working properly. The toilet was leaking. There was no electricity for the whole night and even in the morning till 10. The floor tiles of one of the rooms was missing which did cause us to trip. When complained to the owner, he just shrugged and said to change hotels. No accountability whatsoever. Would never recommend this to anyone. Please DO NOT GO HERE

Vera level cottage. With ivlo cheapa besta kuduthanga rooms. We enjoyed a lot. It's a garden view wherever v move. Located near rose garden. Staffs with smilies and friendly always. Vera level enjoyed in this cottage. Evening view is amazing wifi available. 24 hours hot water supply available

Our stay at this property was wonderful. The rooms and bathrooms were neat and clean. The property is very near to rose garden and it serves as a perfect starting point for sightseeing. The host was really helpful and softspoken. He ensured that we had a pleasant stay at his property. He even helped us plan our itinerary for sightseeing. Overall it was a very pleasant stay for my entire family.

There is no mobile network in the hotel and their wifi range doesnt even come to the room. If you need network avoid this place, except network everything is good.
