Lumino Fairstay

Rooms were very good and clean.Staff behaviour was very good, especially manger Sandeep.He behaved like a family member. Property is great value for money.Also the parking facilities are available. All-over it is one of the best hotels for staying if you are visiting Kodaikanal

All staff provided all the facilities and the hotel was well maintained and their behaviour was very much pleasant. Also the parking facilities are available. All-over it is one of the best hotels for staying if you are visiting Kodaikanal. And also the view from the balcony was pleasant.

Poorly maintained rooms and Money minded hotel staff. Booked 3 adult and 1 kid room but instead providing 2 member room and asking us to adjust. On top of that charging extra for bed.

Nice day great views staff behaviours is very excellent, especially managers people Mr.sandeep and mr.keshav and Salim are have good service.so,I'm also happy for stay with lumino fairsay.we expect for next trip with lumino group of hotels....
