All other reviews must have been leaked from a parallel universe because this property is the worse I have ever been: dump, moldy, smelly, shabby, in disrepair and frankly disgusting. Walls were soaked in water, mold everywhere, paint flakes falling from the ceiling and facilities and infrastructure old and cracking. (Don't take my word, just see the non-photo-shopped pics) I had to stay cause I paid in advance with no refund option. However, the owner transferred me to another room a little more tolerable, as it had better ventilation. (In fact, the owner in her reply sounds upset, but, if I am grateful for that, kindness is not substitute for proper insulation and maintenance and it is my duty to tell the truth and warn other people.) As a matter of fact, in the same area you could find many dry and decent places, properly maintained, on the same price range (Actually, I moved to a place nearby 1,000 times better with great wifi and kitchen for a price just a little higher). The problem with this property is not the mist or rain (which affect all area) but the lack of insulation and maintenance. Sorry but this property should be shut down by the health authorities as it is a health hazard. Also, despite being advertised in the Booking.com page, there was no wifi, no terrace access and no garden. The only good thing was that the caretaker was very helpful and the food he served good and reasonably priced.

Scam alert Booked property in Agoda, later I got a message from property that booking not confirmed please contact the front desk. When checked with agoda they said your booking is confirmed however when I contacted the property host, he says he has not listed property in Agoda and told me to cancel and then he said I will confirm your booking and asked to me pay more than the listed price in Agoda. When I disagreed he forced me to cancel booking. Better to stay away from such places.
