We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, offering convenient access to nearby attractions. The staff were exceptionally courteous and always willing to assist, making our stay truly pleasant. A special mention goes to the manager, who was remarkably helpful and attentive. The hotel maintained impeccable cleanliness, ensuring a comfortable environment. Moreover, the breakfast served was delightful, offering a variety of delicious options. The trip that we enjoyed recently in this month, April, was really a wonderful experience and it's because of kind nature that we experienced, there with people. They are amazing. And the food that we enjoyed is so much tastier in the restaurant. Parking facilities is so comfortable and the stay is much comfortable. Rooms are clean, but the bathrooms are not very hygienic. It didnt have a exhaust fan or a geyser. Hot water was available in morning(7-11) and evening (6-8). The indoor play area was not maintained at all, nothing was in good shape. The restaurant was also not clean at all. Very un-hygienic. The staff were polite and helpful. But the place is not worth the price and rating. The place is a little outside city.

We booked a superior room with an excellent mountain view. Their service is wonderful and also their complimentary breakfast and dinner is worth the money. Classic rooms mattresses is bigger than superior rooms mattresses i don't know why. But the superior rooms are spacious than classic.

Resort staff are polite and friendly they can speak in English and Tamil. Our stay was from Feb 6th to Feb 9th and we got room upgrade to premium room 301 it was great view from the balcony. The hot water is limited, only in specific times uil get hot water. Breakfast is almost same food everyday such as default idli vada sambar some cut fruits and bread nd jam boiled eggs etc food taste is ok ok cnt expect much. No swimming pool anyway it's so cold climate no use of swimming pool. Kids play area with bon fire the bon fire is on request. Found it a bit expensive Overall it was a good and peaceful experience with our stay

Loved our stay here. The staffs were very polite and helpful. We stayed in the premium segment rooms and the views were breathtaking and had a private balcony to enjoy this view. Totally worth the money.

Nice place to stay in Kodai with kids and family. No disturbance , very calm and clean. The view is super from our rooms. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend others too.
