KODAI COZY INN

Stayed at this place couple of years back, around 2022. Hotel is good. So May 2025, Visited Kodaikanal again. called the guy over phone to book the room. He quoted a price, when we bargained/requested for a lesser price, the host/manager got angry and asked us to book at somewhere else and disconnected the call rudely. Never seen a guy behaving rudely in hospitality industry. He could have told firmly, no bargain. But he chose to behave rude and impolite. Worst behaviour.

We reserved the hotel one week in advance because it was seasonal at the time. We booked two rooms for four people and a child. The booking was made with GooglePay. The room is priced at 16K for two days. We arrived at 10:30PM on the first day owing to bad traffic, which made us a little late. When we arrived, the parking inside the house was packed, so we had to park outside on the road. This hotel appears to have a terrible parking situation. The room and washroom were pretty clean, and the washrooms were equipped with modern wash sets. They provided the kettle, tea bag, milk bag, and sugar bag. However, that was insufficient to prepare tea. It was only good for a single person because the milk bag could only make one tea. They should at least supply enough milk bags to create two cups of tea. Aside from that, the room was cool yet comfortable with a balcony. Aside from the bed, they also feature a LAN port and a fully functional charging outlet for laptops. The room is completely silent. Due to the late night, we awoke a little late the next day; it was already late, so we opted to eat lunch at the same hotel. They serve lunch at no cost (no dinner). To be honest, the lunch time could be a little earlier because we eat our lunch at 8:45 a.m. The next day, we skipped lunch at the hotel and began exploring the Kodaikkanal area.

Booked the complete villa for my family. Communication were very professional and very helpful. I strongly recommend if you are going on a holiday with your family, you can blindly book this house for your stay. Cooks are available in-house and they will prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner depends on your requirements and need. Fantastic and tasty home made food. Khalil is the in charger of the house. His hospitality towards the guests are second to none. Highly trustable and value to your money. Thanks

This is new property that's seems to have been built with extreme care. The facilities inside is no less than any fancy 5-star hotel. The interiors of the house is amazing with wooden flooring, two layers of curtain, very comfortable beds with night lamps for reading etc. The bathroom is also exquisite with highest quality fittings with special care taken to clean and provide good quality toiletries like any expensive hotel. This place is perfect for families. The caretakers are really kind and ensures that you are taken care of. The food is served warm and tastes good. Thank you Kalil and Sekhar a ton!! When I come to Kodai next time I am going nowhere else. I wish them all the very best and pray they continue this level of quality and care.

We visited kodaikkanal last week and found this fabulous home stay resort near chetiyar park .The. rooms here were cozy and they have loaded with amenities like Free-Wifi . Their maintenance and service was good. the breakfast was good .Highly recommended Homestay resort in kodaikkanal

We stayed here for 3 days with two kids of age 3 and 1 years, we got hot and healthy food for our kids on time. The room maintaence was good, caretaker and manager was so friendly to accommodate our needs, even we go milk for our kids as usual like home. Rooms tarrif was reasonable. Overall we had a pleasent memorable experience
