No cleanliness, no staff at the stay to help you. The worst that will happen with certainty is that you will not receive any reception be it whichever network provider you use and to top it, the wifi doesn't work too. No one to help you with anything, still wondering how it is a 3 star property! Should be delisted from Google as a property.

Not good hotel food is very bed and magment is also very bed totaly service is wrost ....only 1 perosn mange this hotel don't recommend for this hotel i give you 000000 star

Rooms were below average and the road to this hotel is not great, it's really bumpy and located at a little high altitude. Don't get fooled by the pictures you see in MakeMyTrip. Let's not talk about the food here.. there is no hygiene maintained in the kitchen and you will get very few options for complimentary breakfast. The only good thing was we got a good view of sunrise.

Food is very expensive costed me 650rs same amount if had outside must be around 200 rooms are not that luxury tv had no connetion exhoat in washroom was not working Room is very remote dont have any other shops near by road is very steep must be very good driver if u want to reach the property View from the room is good There is no range in room Wi-Fi sometimes dont work

Location is very isolated, not felt safe. Staff was good. Room ambience was very depressing. Food quality is worst then many government colleges. I booked mountain valley room, view was good thats the only part I enjoyed in the property. But in balcony wifi is not coming but that was bearable. Its not a hotel its a property, dont book if you are few in number and with girls.

Rooms are cool and good, but very bad road no cab drivers will ready to come there and cost of their food is very high..Even a single tea and coffee is Rs.35...I hate the rate of food. Other than that everything is ok

We booked a one mountain view room and one couple room.. In a couple room, you have a transparent bathroom (you have curtains inside which is tidy, quite spacious)The view room/ Family room - compact compare to couple room..view from the family room was awesome.. you can only park 3 cars at a time..The road was in the worst condition..Food tasted average (they cook for you according to your preferences..very minimal menu).
