Jem Valley

Location is awesome but room, service and food is worst. stayed for 1 day and decided never recommend to anyone. Called room service for tea/ coffee in the morning for 10- 15 times nobody picked up and never do call back and saying they were busy. After completed feeding to my 2 year kid with the hotel restaurant food (Jeera rice) I noticed a portion of steel scrubber which we used for cleaning utensils, I showed the same to restaurant in charge, they simply said sorry sir. Not sure what kind of people they are. I can accept the mistakes in other services but never compromise in food. Not worth for the each rupee you spend in this hotel.

BAD EXPERIENCE Whosoever is giving them good rating is all fake. I had to stay 3 nights as my booking was prepaid and they refused to refund. Its a no network zone hotel and wifi they provide fluctuate alot so you are left with no internet and network in case of emergency. Location is very far from main town,if you dont have your vehicle it is nightmare to go anywhere from here.I felt the hotel really unsafe. They allowed group of boys to stay beside my room and they created lots of noise,smoking cigarettes in open whole night etc. Communication issues,its very hard to talk to them and make them understand They charged 1000 rs extra for giving us view room even when whole hotel was empty and valley view option was not even an option showing on Yatra. Very bad,inhumane and rude people. They said they have one hotel car for pick and drop inside the hotel,which was nowhere found. Food was average,I ordered paneer65 once,never eaten that bad one in my life Very very bad hotel,will not recommend to anyone

The stay was pleasant and the view from the room was eye catching. The house keeping and hotel staffs were friendly and available when needed. The food pricing seems a bit high but worth the taste and quantity. Overall a good experience.

The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with all amenities readily available. The bed was very comfortable, and the atmosphere was peaceful, perfect for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring my needs were met quickly. I loved the convenient location, close to attractions yet quiet. Overall, a fantastic experience that I would recommend to others.

The views were breathtaking. Rooms were clean and spacious. Overall an Excellent stay

The hotel shares a great view but lack in network & offers a very limited wi-fi access.

Service is very good. Food is good. Very scenic relaxing place away from crowd ... Extremely scenic with clouds in the valley....
