Honest review. In budget, if you want to get a cozy room and location, never give a second thought and directly book Hyders . Staff are courteous , friendly and very service oriented. Room and ambience are like an 4 or 5 star hotel experience. Anything we want is delivered in minutes. Parking is the only issue but otherwise it's an amazing experience. Much recommended! Food is amazing too!

Our stay at Hyderspark - The Luxury Hotel was simply unforgettable! The hotel's prime location near Kodaikanal Lake (just 1.5 km away) made it easy for us to explore the beauty of the town. The hotel itself is spotless, with amazing amenities that made us feel truly pampered. The staff were incredibly friendly, and every meal at the restaurant was delicious and well presented. Without a doubt, the best hotel experience in Kodaikanal!

A very good place where you have accomdation with parking facility /w Valet service and also Restaurant serving all 3 meals. Service staff are very helpful for any needs. They also have internal tieup with tour operators with better packages compared outside. Peaceful location, easily accessible to all important spots. Definitely a great place for family. I

A Pathetic Experience - Would Never Recommend!||||Our stay at this hotel was a disaster from start to finish. After a long and exhausting journey, we arrived at the property around 7 PM, hoping for a warm welcome and some much-needed rest. Unfortunately, what awaited us was a series of disappointments that completely ruined our vacation.||||The Check-In Disaster||The nightmare began at the reception itself. Despite booking our stay through Agoda, the staff at the front desk seemed clueless. He questioned whether we had even made a reservation and claimed he hadn't received any booking, blaming "technical issues" with Agoda. Instead of calmly resolving the issue, he was rude, argumentative, and dismissive. My spouse was deeply upset by his hostile tone and lack of professionalism.||||After nearly 30 minutes of heated back-and-forth, they finally assigned us a room. By then, our mood was already ruined. What should have been a stress-free trip turned into an ordeal from the very beginning.||||The Room - A Bigger Disappointment||The room was an absolute letdown. It reeked of a foul smell, and the bedsheets were far from clean. The bathroom sink was clogged, and even a few drops of water took forever to drain. Although the floor appeared mopped, it wasn't properly cleaned - there were visible patches of dirt.||||Exhausted, I ordered tea, hoping it would lift my spirits. The staff promised it would arrive "in a few minutes," but I ended up waiting for 45 minutes, only to be asked later if I had even placed an order. It was frustrating beyond words.||||Terrible Food and Service||The disappointment continued the next morning. Breakfast was supposed to be available until 9:30 AM, but when we arrived at 9:15, we were told the gas had been turned off, the chef had left, and no fresh food could be prepared. After much insistence, they reluctantly served us unboiled idlis, which were barely edible.||||It was shocking to see such lackluster service and subpar food quality. This property clearly has no understanding of hospitality or customer satisfaction.||||Overall Experience||From the rude staff to the unhygienic rooms and the terrible dining experience, everything about this hotel was a disappointment. The overall vibe of the place was so unpleasant that it completely ruined our mood and left us regretting the trip. What was supposed to be a relaxing getaway turned into a nightmare we couldn't wait to escape.||||Final Thoughts||For the prices they charge, this hotel offers nothing but frustration. I strongly advise against booking this property if you're planning a trip to Kodaikanal. Save yourself the trouble, as this place is more likely to leave you stressed than rejuvenated.
