Nice place to explore the holidays. And the hospitality is amazing especially that Pongal Upma sambar delicious thank you so much team sierra. They make our holiday awesome

The worst nightmare of my trip was what I saw over my two days at this hotel. It is unquestionably a cheap hotel with a bluffing proprietor who tells lies to get guests. I'll make the following points: 1. This hotel is far from the city, you will need to spend at least Rs.300 each time you drive 3 km, which is where all the restaurants are located. 2. There was no vegetarian food available. When we questioned if they used different tavas for omelettes and dosas, they replied that they did, and I subsequently noticed that they did not. The owner( Mr Mohammad Ali Jinnah) yelled at us and stated, "I don't take booking of pure vegetarian people in my hotel and why you didn't mention it earlier," which now makes sense to me now. 3. You won't observe the hotel owner keeping a healthy environment for respectable families. Customers that are intoxicated are free to roam about. You cannot fall asleep to loud music. A group of people who booked the room were shouting on the floor where other guests were staying. It was too disturbing and hotel management didn't control them 4. Unclean bed linens and pillows (replaced following complaint) 5. After a whole day without functioning, T V was replaced after continuous follow up. We explained at the hotel reception that we needed TV because the unclean environment prevented our children from leaving the room. 6. Frequent power cut. 7. No water supply for guests. 8.Singel person was handling at reception so you have to go everytime down for basic needs too. I am posting on behalf of my father.

Rooms were clean and neat. Food was nice. And hotel staffs treated and accommodated us very well. Thank you!

It was absolutely the worst hotel stay experience ever. There was no WiFi in the room, we asked the manager manager Jinnah(kept making false promises that this will be fixed tomorrow)on the 1st day to get it the WiFi fixed he said he will get in done next day but the next day he kept ignoring my calls and did not fix the WiFi issues for 3 days of my stay. I went to talk to him personally when he was sitting in his Verna car outside the hotel, he saw me and started his car and drove away 500m. The manager was rude on the 1st day and by 2 days he started ignoring us. As we had payed the full amount during booking we felt help less and stuck at this miserable and horrible place. The beds were broke , no WiFi and manager ignored us and the staff was also rude. On 4th the manager came to my room at 9:30 and said check out time is 10 am (which is usually 11 everywhere) I asked why is it 10 he said it's written at the reception that chech out is 10. We did not wanna argue with him so we checked out immediately. While we were checking out he gave us a bill of 450 for tea, I asked the manager that it is written in your room that breakfast is free but he said that is written by mistake and started arguing with us. I told him that we are checking out at 10 because you've written that on a piece of paper at you reception and we have obey your rules but free breakfast is also written in the room and you charge us 450 for tea. The person at the reception kept arguing with me, frustrated By all of this I gave him 450 and left the hotel. The manager or the staff were never at the reception, we had to call him 10 times for anything. This was absolutely the worst hotel experience of my life and holidays were ruined because of this hotel. I want full reimbursement for horrible experience and absolutely worst hotel

Excellent place, neat and spacious rooms, had a very comfortable stay. The food was too good. Will recommend for the ones looking for a good and comfortable stay in kodaikanal.

This rooms notMany of the rooms are not in use so it smells bad when you first go in. It gets fixed after a couple of hours of your visit and TV and wi-fi don't work here. Mobile network is not available here too. Food is very good. There is a temple near this hotel and a tea shop opposite A grandfather who conducts very nicely

All are good. The stay and the views are very sceneric. The food is very good.
