Hotel Mount View Kodaikanal

We stayed in this hotel in Dec 2024. Reading the reviews posted before we were scared. After our checkin we found reviews were too exaggerated and not all were true. Room were cleanly maintained, staff were also supportive. They have complimentary breakfast which is okayish. Hot water has some timing, you will be wake up by their staff. Its a good budget hotel.

Place is clean, friendly staff. It's close to the main bus stand. We took deluxe room so it was worth the price. Safe for girls travelers. Definitely recommend this place.Thank you for the service

Good for fresh up , break fast ok , but the service is not much satisfactory. U can use it for fresh up only . Cost effective

One of the worst hotel. Avoid booking a stay at this hotel at any costs. Not worth for the money. Hot water will not be provided and you have to follow them up in the morning atleast for half an hour. Hot water only in the morning hours and evening only one hour so be prepared to experience the kodaikanal cool water if you are planning your stay here. Staff are very irresponsible. The rooms are not clean and worst in condition. Booking this hotel will ruin your vacation.

This has by far been the worst experience through booking.com. The hotel was extremely unhygienic and they do not provide hot water in such a chilly climate. The owners are out here to scam people with high prices. You'll get a decent stay at better prices nearby.

It was a nice experience in Kodaikanal and guidance are very good and driver also very good rooms are very nice one of the best memories days in Kodaikanal

Rooms are good but can have a scope for improvement in providing clean bed sheets. Staff is very good and they are available any time for any service. Food taste is good if we choose regular items.
