Hotel Jai

My family and I (including my parents, wife, and son) recently stayed in the Honeymoon Suite (2 rooms) at this hotel, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and immaculately clean. The attached bathrooms were well-maintained, and all the necessary amenities. Housekeeping ensured everything was spotless throughout our stay. One of the highlights of our stay was the food and the staff made sure we had a great dining experience. And they have ample parking space. Overall, our experience was fantastic, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay. We will definitely be returning!

It was a good stay.can you give you a vintage feel, but doesn't lack anything.. good hospitality.. good food... Clean rooms.. clean washroom.. good service.. stayed in both deluxe and deluxe supreme... Both rooms are extremely comfortable and spacious... Perfect for family stays.. bookmarked this hotel for our next visit in future... Drawbacks : There is no fan in the room, but is quite cosy and cool enough. If you are a fan person. You will be disappointed. The wifi network is poor here, cannot rely on this network for any official work.

50 years of Legacy and tradition is what you can simply say about this place, very spacious rooms and even better soft minded and well mannered staffs.Rooms booking includes MAP meal plan also which makes the stay even better, a very good place in Kodaikanal to stay with family.

Services are very good. Food quality and taste were good. All service/cleaning staff showed very good hospitality. Everyone was supportive and helped us well. Good wifi speed. Hot water in both morning and night. Loated Near to the lake/bustand. Recent times they stopped bone fire at the evenings.

Receptionist was not polite.average staff support. Free breakfast is scam only idly and dosa---no other food. Omelette 65 rupees.(Not included in breakfast). Room tariff is min 4000. best things are location, parking and size of the room.

Stay was very pleasant. We went in December and it was very cold. They provided room heater for a nominal charge. Free breakfast and Dinner buffet. Food was very good. They also showed movie during dinner buffet. Also there was a magic show for kids. I will choose this resort again:)

Our stay was good, ambience of the hotel was excellent, the deluxe double bedrooms were excellent , the hotel serves breakfast and dinner as it comes as a part of package, for lunch we have to pay to eat the hotel has its own nursery, there is a indoor games room and a lawn backside. the hotel had sufficient car parking, food at the restaurant was ok could have been better
