Hotel in Kodaikanal

With respect to last time I m impressed this time by the renovation and improvement you people have done.

Worst experience in this cottage..and not worthy at all. 1. Bedspread/bedsheets was not washed/cleaned properly. 2.bad odour in the room 3. No drinking water 4. No food service 5. Bath room was pathetic. Better look for different cottage for stay on kodaikanal.

From bus stand we got a taxi uncle who took us there saying a good place with affordable rate and so even we went with him, later we got to know that the taxi wala is their guy. At first they were polite in showing us room and said they will arrange all our needs, once we paid advance amount they started showing their nature who demands extra money for hot water they did!!!. The management people used drinks at night near the cottage and came to our room at night by 11pm requesting their money.. This is so cheap behavior. It was a big trap for us.

Very worst Cottage in Kodaikkanal. Bad Customer service . They cheeted us, Offered 7 Bed rooms & 3 Hall,But we got only 7 Bedrooms & 5 Bathroom ( For 50 People) No parking for bus. Room photos are not genuine. No lake view from thier hotel. Waste of money. Worst experience in the tour.

We 6 took two rooms. U will not get even basic amenities like drinking water, house keeping, hot water, bedsheets & so on. Definitely worthless..

Very worst service. It should be the last option to stay. Management is low inferior in quality. They want to create a hate speech. Must learn to handle people in a polite way.

Worst ever experience..Bad service..no basic amenities..not even worth a single penny..bad customer service and behaviour of the people.. totally disappointed

Very worst Hospitality....not worth for money.....the view point from the room is totally waste..... Toilet and the water facility is very bad...... totally the worst cottage in kodai........
