Hotel Grand Palace Kodaikanal

We had an excellent experience Everything was top-notch well-maintained cleanliness and amenities,worth for money. We booked 4 rooms, they gave us to a spacious family cottage with a large hall, which was very nice . Special thanks to Roopesh, the room attendant, who was always polite, helpful, and ready to assist us at any time. Highly recommended!

Stayed on 18th April 2025. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall stay was quite pleasant. The location is also convenient and peaceful. One suggestion for improvement would be to ensure food availability within the hotel, as it wasn't available during our stay. Other than that, it was a good experience!

The hotel's rooms are clean and spacious for family. The location is near the famous Kodaikanal lake with a walkable distance. However, there is no good restaurant in the vicinity of the hotel which is the only drawback. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

Sort of fine. No lift. No 24/7 hot water. Location is not so good. Overall neat and clean hotel. Hotel promised to provide dental kit but finally nothing. Very bad room service. Breakfast was average without much options. Arranged for dinner but not to take as very costly with respect to cost.

Best rooms, but no lift, so u have to carry luggage to 3rd Floor. Good for family and bachelors. Nice breakfast and ample parking space. Hot water only in specific time only.

Hi guys, the service is awesome and main thing is the rooms(very nice for this budget). I have to specially say the securities both during the day time and night time was very helpful for me. Please note the hotwater will be available only at morning and night at specific times.

There was no hot water they provide in bucket on request, no room service, no room phone working Worst part was stinky linens, seems like they never wash there blanket, no kettle in room, It was booked by our travel agent otherwise we never stay like this stinky place. Food was even worse, soo rude staff if you ask them something no proper answer They are not even close to any hygiene Soo noisy rooms even you can heard a vehicle noise passing by, you can't relax at all there Soooo bad i wish there is no start I can give them

Pathetic service....inter vom not working...staff not at all cooperative. I stayed with my child but not at all cooperative staff. Ask for extra pillow,blanket for child...did not provide..worst part is they do not offer ala carte dinner.....not restaurant facilities...staff room Cleaning.but the room was not upto mark..I will strictly recommend not to book any stay here. Since it is cold weather..they do not provide slip-on wear,no dental kit, sanitary kit,
