Hotel Altius Nest

Memorable stay in altius. The trip that we enjoyed recently in this month. Helpful staffs. Our children's enjoy the stay. Three are surround by hotel. And the food was amazing. We appreciate and lot of thanks and regards to those wonderful people who made our stay much pleasant and memorable...

Recently stayed in hotel altius nest for 2 nights. Directly booked via phone and got good response from staff. pros 1. Staff is good friendly and helping in nature 2. Hotel is very neat and well maintained 3. Hotel room price is economical - 1800/- per night 4. Location also good - not very far 5. car parking is available cons 1. Felt bit lonely and bit scary as it is isolated and less crowded in hotel when we visited. 2. Can't get much of a view - one side forest and other side road. Thank you

1) ***Avoid this Hotel for the following major reasons. 1) This Hotel is on G+2 Floors. But No Lift facility. Not 3 Star. 2) Half of the rooms have some major drawbacks. If one room is good, a roaring generator sound will make you sleepless. The other room will disturb you by the adjacent car parking slot. 3) Do not pay the room rent in advance. 4) Forest surrounds this building, yet the room windows are not fitted with Mesh, which would be unsafe for the guests at night. 5) The intercom in the rooms never works because of "lack of staff" 6) Daily Newspaper not supplied. 7) The Manager was highly rude and lacks professionalism and mannerism. The other two helping boys, joined him and created a hostile atmosphere for us. We just requested him to change the room, that was enough for his outburst. 8) Major: Throughout the website, they displayed that the Breakfast was FREE. But after making the payment for 4-night stay, the voucher came with the remark "Breakfast not included" 9) The Breakfast and Coffee or Tea will be ready only after 8: 30 am every morning. 10) Due to this hostile atmosphere, we cut short our stay and checked out one day before. They confirmed that there was no refund' , but they also refused to give a detailed invoice of our stay. They handed over to me a bunch of our, Restaurant bills. I hereby request all the "Travel brand' associates of this Hotel, to urgently look into this complaint and review this Hotel's 3-star status. Pl respond here and oblige. (Our stay from 11.30 to 12.00 pm on 6 th May to 9 am on 9th May 2025) though we paid the amount up to 10th May) (11-05-2025) I am a member of #Cleartrip since last couple of yrs. So, please respond to this my review. Avoiding to reply, is not professional attitude, but only violates Googles policy. Pl.note this is not a 3 Star hotel by any means)

This is the 5th time we are staying at Altius Nest and we will continue to go back. We were made to feel at home by the GM, Mr. Arun and his entire staff by their hospitality and service. Wr stayed for a week's time and relaxed there and ate hot home cooked meals all 3 times there. We will continue to be to back to Kodai and thank you for the warmth and hospitality.

I had a nice stay in Altius.Is was one of my friend recommend I came to the hotel. I was taken Direct booking From Mr.Arun Manager He helped lot my stay it was full secure 24/7 reception staff available... And they have arranged for travels also... The staffs all are good the service was very nice ... Thankyou altius

the hotel is not new but clean, cozy, suitable for families with children. the staff is friendly. it was cool and we were kindly given an extra blanket. since people stay at the hotel with children, the morning starts early, it can be a little noisy. If you want, you can order breakfast. We liked everything.

Avoid this Hotel. TA disappointed me. | This Hotel is not a 3 Star hotel. No Lift in this G+2 complex. No 24x7 reception. No daily news papers. No mesh in room windows. Unsafe in nights. Half of the rooms have drawbacks.No laundry. No travel desk
