I recently stayed at this hotel and had a somewhat mixed experience. On the positive side, the room was quite nice--spacious, well-arranged, and the bed was comfortable. The toilet was also clean and in good condition, which I appreciated. However, there were several issues that took away from the overall comfort. The biggest concern was the drinking water provided--it was not clean and appeared to have dust particles in it, which is a serious hygiene issue. They had exchanged the water with clean water. The room also lacked proper network coverage, both mobile and Wi-Fi, making it difficult to stay connected. Overall, while the room setup and bathroom were good, the hotel really needs to improve its hygiene standards, provide clean drinking water, and fix the connectivity issues. The room included two double coat beds and one single bed.

Room is old type building but big room. Main area. North Indian Food nearest hotel South Indian food just one near.. near hospital and medical and tea shop.. 24hrs hot water. room service ok.. online booking amount iam Happy . Management smoothly

The main attraction was the rude behavior of the manager. never go with wife and kids. its not safe at all means

Service was very bad I booked this hotel after going there they were very rude in talking they denied our checkin also asked to wait for 2 hrs even the owner Ramanathan also very careless and rude I personally don't refer to book this hotel beside only there was a hotel seven roads grand inn that hotel far better than this and owner also very friendly and polite.

1. Small rooms without any ventilation 2. 5 Litre Mineral water bottle filled with tap water. 3. Windows are not safe & can be opened & entered simply. 4. Lights go often. 5. Towels soiled & smelly. 6. Better pay an extra amount & get a room at a good hotel 7. No restaurant. 8. The surroundings smell. 9. Rates can be managed & if no GST bill, then GST amounts to be claimed. ( Please do not accept a hand written bill )

Hotel is well located at seven roads junction near the Aavin parlour and just down from Tava restaurant. ||Room is very spacious with separate washbasin & dress change area. Spacious bathroom and toilet. Geyser available in the room - so 24 hours hot water. They provide towels and soap. Bed is medium comfortable with quilt instead of blanket Even with night weather of less than 10 C we felt warm and cozy thanks to the quilt.||Room is clean and well maintained and the bathroom is clean too. They provide hot water for drinking (RO water). Corridors have cctv cameras. Though there is no in-house restaurant, there are many options nearby. Car parking available in the premises.||Location: Centrally located and close to lake, shopping, bus stand etc. Only downside: on sundays a local market selling multiple items (called Sandhai in Tamil) takes place and the road on which the hotel is located gets very crowded. If you are traveling by car - keep this in mind. Smell of livestock/butchered meat lingers on another day - so keep in mind. Room itself with the doors closed does not smell. But it is only the outside.
