Germanus Springs

Recently stayed in Lanai Room, by checking the photos given in the website, it given an impression that will give nice view from room. Unfortunately we got the Lanai room from the Side block which doesn't have great view. Not meet my Expectation. TV and Mini Fridge not working often, sometime it works and sometime it wont work. Other then that, Rooms are clean and neat. Good Ambiance. Buffet Break-fast i would say its average in taste but not bad. Location is near to Rose Garden and observatory which is walkable distance and its on the way to Poombarai village road. Overall I rate it as Average stay.

I visited this hotel in May 2025. It is a good place to stay with family, and the location offers a beautiful view. However, there are a few areas where the experience fell short. Room allocation is done randomly, and if you're not satisfied with the assigned room, the staff shows little willingness to help or accommodate changes--often giving vague or unconvincing reasons. The overall service is average. I would also advise against opting for their dinner buffet. It is quite expensive, and the experience was disappointing. Items were not refilled promptly, which affected the overall dining experience.

Pathetic support from the management. We booked 3 superior rooms and received a small like a servant room instead, upon confronting at the reception they said booking is already done you can stay or leave the room by cancelling it at midnight. Their rude behaviour and pathetic support needs to be reflected in this review..

High cost rooms with poor facilities. Room interior and beding quality was poor. Rooms are stinky and paint peeling off. No Luxury feeling (old property). Food and location is ok, though the food options are repeatitive. Bathroom accessories are limited. Check out (9am) time is very early. Not convenient for families with kids.

This is my honest review of this place 1.Hospitality useless not a connected hospitality experience 2." pathetic service" Payed 2000 rupees for an extra bed on the floor and a quilt(Razai) wasn't provided.The response was the quilts have been sent to the laundry. Only one bed sheet was provided to cover.The weather was biting cold.Suffered the whole night. 3.The food in the buffet was all empty.Taste was moderate. 4.The access road was very bad and the parking was very poorly managed by the lazy security guard 5.Sewage water runs in the main entrance road was stinking 6.The conference hall washrooms was unusable and stinking& broken water taps. Definitely wouldn't recommend this resort for any ocassion. A big let down

For 2 days and had a very pleasant prfessional staff service and stay... Will recommend to others for staying here.

Overall stay was average. Breakfast was good. Lunch was horrible

Lovely property and we had a memorable stay will excellent food. Perfect for 3 nights stay
