My family (wife and daughter) and I had stayed in mid-April in this resort. Had an excellent experience. I will definitely call out the service, from the front office (Arun) to restaurant (chef Anoop) and others were all very helpful. We were not very happy with the room we had been offered, and that was changed without even asking for the change! When we did not like a particluar dosa served, again chef provided without even asking for it. So, service definitely stands out.||Rooms have a separate sitting area, and bedroom. Area is large enough, and was quite clean.||Only point to be noted is that we had stayed in a garden view room, and the garden is just a small closed area outside room that does not really have any view. So, it is best to choose valley view rooms.||Overall, definitely a place we would recommend. We had a good time.

It feels like a very exclusive resort. The service is impeccable. The staff are attentive and oblige every request with so much warmth. Never have i stayed in a hotel where every single employee is sincere in wanting to provide guests with the best experience possible. They really go out of the way to take care of us. This is also true of Dvara Siruvani, so you know the management is doing something right and they must treat their staff really well. Room has all the amenities of a five-star hotel, very clean and comfortable, good shower, good bed, extra pillows.

Our stay at the resort was truly exceptional. The food was delectable, offering a variety of well-crafted dishes. Room service was prompt and efficient, ensuring a seamless experience. The cleanliness across the property was impeccable, and the staff's warm and attentive hospitality made us feel truly cared for. Highly recommended!

We spent two wonderful days here at DVARA, and everything from the location to the service exceeded our expectations.The view from the balcony was beautiful and added to the peaceful ambiance of our stay.|Arun sir, took care of us throughout our trip.|The chefs prepared excellent dishes that surprised us with their quality. Most notably, they went out of their way to cook special food for our one year old infant, which was incredibly thoughtful. We highly recommend trying their Gobi Manchurian it was simply fantastic! Special thanks to Anirudh from the dining team.|IT was ourr baby's first birthday, and Ajith and his team made the occasion even more memorable by arranging a wonderful celebration. Their efforts meant a lot to us, and we are deeply grateful.|On the final day, we requested a late checkout as our journey started at night. The management agreed without any hesitation, which made our departure stress-free. Our experience at Hotel Dvara was outstanding. With its stunning location, attentive staff, and exceptional service. Special thanks to Arun, Ajith, Anirudh, and the entire team for making our trip unforgettable.

What an amazing resort this was, I never felt that i was staying in a resort rather my own apartment. Beautiful view, Amazing location away from the traffic and noise. Very calm and well designed resort.||I loved their bed and chairs and special shout out to the balcony which was facing the kodai view.||Staffs were really helpful and rushed to help us 24/7. I appreciate Mohan to lead the team well. Arun to pick up his calls whenever we called and to arrange everything we had asked for.||And Anirudh the boy who cared every bit when it comes to food and dining.||And i really appreciate the chef who prepared food bit early when we need it and all the other supporting staffs as well.||Do maintain the same and will definitely visit soon.

What made our stay truly unforgettable, though, was the incredible staff. Every single person we encountered--from the front desk team to the housekeeping staff and restaurant servers--was genuinely warm, kind, and eager to make our experience exceptional. They went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and cared for, always greeting us with a smile and offering thoughtful recommendations for activities and local attractions. They even set up a candle light dinner for us and arranged a safari to some of the most beautiful and untouched waterfalls nearby. And then there was the food--absolutely divine! The resort's restaurant offered a perfect blend of local flavors and comfort food, all at prices that were surprisingly reasonable for the high quality. Every meal was a delightful experience. The stunning views made for some of the most memorable dining experiences we've ever had. Beyond the amazing service and cuisine, the overall atmosphere of the resort was pure tranquility. If you're looking for a place where luxury meets warmth, where beauty is everywhere you turn, and where every detail is thoughtfully curated for an unforgettable experience, this resort is the perfect choice. We left feeling refreshed, pampered, and already planning our return. Highly, highly recommended!
