We had a terrible experience at this hotel. Due to an emergency, we had no choice but to book a stay here, but they overcharged us beyond the listed online price. They also charged extra for breakfast, even though it was mentioned as complimentary in the online listing for the same cost. The worst part was that they insisted on cash payment and refused to provide a bill despite multiple requests. Additionally, they were not at all considerate about the checkout timing. Overall, the experience felt overpriced, unfair, and completely disappointing.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Benzz Park Kodai, and I can confidently say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable. The room was neat and clean. The sunrise view from room balcony was breathtaking.The staff was professional and friendly. What truly sets the hotel apart is their Manager Mr. Daniel who made sure we had a comfortable stay and a memorable trip of Kodaikanal! I highly recommend Benzz Park Kodai.

Past month I will stay with my family in Benz park hotel.... staff behaviour is good...I will stay 2 nights... Every day house keeping staff clean my room and change the linen..... front office staff also take care of my family..... breakfast and dinner it's very nice.... quickly reach the location....over all good hospitality I recommend with my friends and my company staffs

It's a good hotel. Maintained well. We stayed for Pongal holidays and it was a pleasant experience. Complimentary Breakfast was good and tasty. However limited foods for dinner. Recommend this hotel for holiday stays.

The Rooms where spacious enough, we were a family of 3 adults and one kid and it was sufficient. The Restroom was clean and 24*7 Hot water was available for usage. The dinner and breakfast buffet was simple and tasty. The location is proximal to all the attractions in Kodaikanal. Would sure recommended this for all.
