Updated Review on Response : What a arrogant response saying "What a stupid review". This says it all, why anyone should avoid your place. There are many resorts in Kodaikanal, which are more convenient & accessible, yet serene. Can't fool around the people anymore. Original Review: After saw a positive reviews, we went there with family. Then I realized it was overhyped ratings with manipulated photo angles. To reach a bus stand or shopping site, you need to BOOK A TAXI EVERYTIME. Home cooked food was nice. If they offer free shuttle service, it is worth, otherwise waste of money. I am writing this after few years, now you may understand the pain of wasted money, time & energy.

Value for Money. Great View. Good Food. Excellent Hospitality. Clean room. 24 hrs hot water. Even though we reached there at morning 4.30, they managed to pick up us and provided rooms. All prices will be provided before hand and no extra charges. Thanks to Maheswari madam & Mr. Ashok. Overall a pleasent and happy stay.

Room is good with homestay. Location and view is awesome On the top of everything, food and service is untouchable They are preparing the food on request basis which is affordable and top notch home style which you will not get anywhere in Kodaikanal.

First of all the location is very good and the view from our room was spectacular.. We went with family of 9 (excl. of 1 toddler and 1 infant), among that 4 are senior citizens and the food was super duper homely and everyone loved it. In fact we had most of our meals here except for couple of lunches that too due to sight seeing. Lastly to mention Maheshwari mam. Her hospitality throughout the stay is superb. It was overall a pleasent and memorable trip for us.

This place exceeded our expectation in every aspect. Close to the town yet secluded and calm. We were a group of 4 and spent 8 days in this property. The view from this place is great and rooms are well worth the price. A great place to work from as well if you're looking to work remote. But the highlight of the place beyond all this is the home cooked meals provided by Ms. Maheshwari and team. They cook simple yet delicious home made food which you'd never get bored of. They Staff are very polite as well and take care of your needs. I'm already looking forward to spend a bit more time there. Thanks for the memorable stay and food!

I had a fantastic experience staying here. The rooms here are very clean and comfortable. Each of the rooms have a balcony which gives a delightful view, make sure to grab coffee early morning sitting on the deck. The owner Mrs Maheshwari makes delightful and tasty food which we thoroughly enjoyed. She goes out of her way to make sure the guests are comfortable. Go for this place, it will give a unique stay experience little away from hustle bustle of the normal touristy areas.

Excellent hotel with excellent location, extremely clean and comfortable. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by them. Rooms are very clean and good for perfect stay. They offer home made tastier foods and travel arrangements was impressive with their knowledgeable person. It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Once again thank you for making this trip more memorable.

This is a very photogenic place situated right in the residential area. If you're looking for a remote secluded stay , this is your best option.
