One of the best locations to stay with beautiful Villa and spacious rooms offer scenic view of the valley and mountains which is quite mesmerising. We spent most of the time in the Villa and morning and evening walk near the surrounding village and country road up the hill. The owner Mr Siddhartha and staff were really courteous. I must recommend this place if you like stay away from hustle and bustle of town and enjoy the nature. Thanks Asad

Away from kodaikanal city, property located in a perfect location easy access from main road. We stayed in open balcony room with a fabulous view in the morning. Decent South Indian homemade food. Good service from the caretaker

I loved this place especially away from the city. Peaceful atmosphere early morning birds sound soothing to ears. Yummy breakfast but limited menu. Just felt like home. I travelled alone and felt 100% safe.

Beautiful property perfect for family and senior citizen. Not advisable to plan with friends as night parties are restricted. They have limited menu and well prepared. Bad Wi-Fi in rooms. perfect place to get away from city life

Very poor service. If you order food, they will not serve you cutleries even after asking multiple times. No wifi connectivity in rooms. Only they have in reception and dining area with very low range. We booked 4 rooms and all toilets had empty handwash soap bottle/box, after asking they refilled only 1 bottle and they said people used to wash clothes previously so we are not giving. Also if you order food they will not listen your time comfort. They will serve with their own time.

One of the worst homestay I have ever stayed! Don't get impressed by the beautiful pictures of the stay. Service is extremely poor. Food made me remember my hostel mess days. I stayed in much more remote location in Thekkady & Kalarkutty in a homestay but there the service was fabulous including the wifi network. I would never recommend this place to anybody.

Our stay was awesome in palazzo homes. We were well taken care of by Mr. Ilayabharathi and Kadhar bhai, he was always available to our immediate needs. Food menu is very limited and prices are little bit higher. Other than that the overall stay was a hit.
