The rooms are bad and the bedspread and other things are not clean that much. Not that much care taken by security. Nobody is there to attend us when we reach at 10.30pm just giving the key alone. Everything we have to keep on asking. He is not ready to answer and do the needs. They should change the drinking water in can. Overall they have to take care of customers .

I booked through make my trip, actually my trip was spoiled because of this pathetic stay. They don't know what's hospitality, even spelling. If there is any chance to given points below than zero, I will be. No drinking water No internet No air conditioning Fans are running like mixer grinders Not even name board for lodging Really don't know how the corporation and government allow this properly for business stays.

Review for Urban Spice Apartment, K.K. Nagar, Madurai I booked a stay at Urban Spice Apartment directly on December 24, 2024, and paid in cash. I also booked additional nights (25th to 27th) through Yatra. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The room I was assigned was extremely small, and instead of a proper TV, there was a desktop screen they claimed was a TV. The walls had visible bumps and cracks, making me anxious about their stability. The overall condition of the room felt unsafe and poorly maintained. Adding to the discomfort, the geyser was not working, and the general upkeep of the property was disappointing. Despite the hotel being in a good location with potential if properly managed, I chose to check out on the very first day without requesting a refund. I moved to another hotel for a better experience. I do not recommend this place unless significant improvements are made in maintenance and facilities.

Truely an experience of " Home away from Home " with personalised service with care , interest and concern..Services of Mr Basheer And Mrs Maheswari are simply exceptional with ever smiling attention..... room attendants and security are also very good in their extending their part of service....in short we had a calm , safe , secured and very decent stay and accommodation .Room rent and rates are very moderate and nominal for the high standards.....V.Srinivasan ( and family ) Assistant General Manager ..Retd Canara Bank Bangalore

Urban spice Servive apartment is a very affordable and good place to stay. All staffs are very profesional. Special thanks to Mr. Basheer sir and Maheswari mam for an excellent coordination with NAC and our staff support.

Pretty ease to locate as it was very close to the hall where our conference was held. Very friendly and supportive staff who helped us with logistics too. Continuously guided me during my visit to the place. Affordable pricing.

There was no one to attend to us as the caretaker was not interested at all to attend the guests. Then the room was not ready when we arrived, despite having made a reservation in advance. There were rats in the bed sheets, which was a horrifying experience. I would not recommend any sane person to book this hotel.
