Location is worst and garbage outside. Always stinky and lots mosquitos.

I would rather give a zero rating if I had one. No parking, rude staff, even after booking rooms we were asked to go to a different place where the place was under construction. We informed them multiple times and after booking received confirmation on the rooms for 6 people but suddenly they said rooms are booked and move to a different place and demanded for extra money. Extremely disrespectful staff and we were 3 women who were literally standing in the middle of the road at 12 am. OYO, if your unable to serve the basic amenities and policies that you promise then don't be in the service of people. There are many unbranded stays which offer better customer service than yours. Note - If you book a room here definitely you'll be standing on the streets fighting with the manager who keeps demanding extra money and changing rooms.

Chose this place to attend a friends wedding recently. I can safely say this is by the worst place we stayed for. They didn't provide the rooms on time sighting the key was taken by previously stayed people. Inspite of that, the WARDEN, I specifically say warden because, the night watchmen behaved like one. So he without knowing any background asked us to checkout the first thing morning, the room that we got really late. And that guy entered the room without any notice and started shouting on top of his voice about opening of a door. This happened after we told we are friends and have come together. Coming to cleanliness, I can give just 2 stars. Bathrooms were stinking and it was really bad. Most bad thing was, one of the bathroom had see through window. So girls definitely can't bath there. Overall a really bad experience.

I would have given zero stars if I have an option. Never select this hotel. Not recommended as in its pictures in the popular trip advisor sites. Rooms are not clean and hygeine. The location was not recommended for family. Staff was not responding when we tried to communicate before going to the property and when we reached there we have to wait for nearly half an hour for the caretaker to come there. He was very rude and was not helping. We booked another hotel through Agoda and tried to get back the advance paid from OYO. OYO was not ready to return the money giving mere excuses. The worst experience from OYO booking.

Don't find an option for 0 stars, no car parking, they tell to keep in road and road is hardly 10 feet. No hot water, when complained in morning they told they will get plumber is half hour but never came. Morning neighbours started complaining the car was obstruction in road and opposite there is private property empty ground but not allowed to park there. In bathrooms not all taps working and if they switch on the main water controller then everywhere the water is dripping and leaking. Too worst. Not sure how can Oyo select this kind of property. Please see other reviews as well in Google all are bad, during booking through Oyo call center they had told 4.2 rating which is an absolute cheating in rating. I could have checked in Google rating and booked but now regret.

Last day to attend a conference in Madurai Velammal Medical college, I booked a Room here... And it was confirmed and after reaching by 9:20pm when I checked it was cancelled in the application. There was no one in the reception area and door was locked.. After few mins a guy showed up his face. Who was drunk and told there is no such booking and asked to wait. We were kept outside the hotel door and that drunken guy was talking. At least some kind of manners guest expect. And asked us to wait till the manager guy come to resolve the issue. Following which it was cancelled and booked in another hotel. One start is the lowest rating wished there was option for negative star rating.

I rarely write negative reviews but had to write this, I had an early visit to Madurai for some personal reasons and called day before to the owner after booking in OYO and got confirmation for the same. Came to the location which is bit difficult to find and there was no one to receive us. I came with my family and were waiting in the road with no assistance at 7 AM, when I called the owner he casually says the rooms are full and asked me if I can wait till 9AM for others to check out. When I said no I was redirected to a "Manager's" mobile number who had no clue of my visit and he redirected me to a watchman who was no were in the vicinity. After 15 mins when he came back he called manager and said the rooms were full. We were frustrated and left the place, as I was leaving I overhead the manger telling the watchman "Let them go"!. Wow!, just because you have a big house and add it to OYO doesn't make it a Hotel I guess. I haven't checked in so I cant comment on the rooms or facilities.

First and foremost thing receptionist named Nazir his room service is vry poor and unsatisfactory. -->There was no operating remote for AC and Tv -->washrooms were untidy -->Tv wasn't wrking -->Non Co-operative behaviour of the receptionist -->It's a worst experience here -->Wt ever we ask the receptionist is lyk we hav raised a complain it will be resolved so adjust ? Is it acceptable ?? Better we can call this venue as Ajust residency ! Highly disappointed
