I booked the city view room (as they call it) through Agoda for a day. The room is below average, definitely not worth for 3k I paid. The washrooms were dirty, and had a huge transparent window which on which a screen is placed. Cupboards were never cleaned, and I still found debris from the previous occupant. I complained about the lack of a TV set-top box and remote as soon as I checked in. Though they sent a person to look into that, but it was never resolved until we checked out. For the amount I paid, it was a disappointing experience.

The hotel needs to improve upon their services. This is just opp., to Apollo Hospital. May be good for someone with patient can stay but not for a regular traveller.

i have tralled a lot through india and this is the worst hotel that i came i recommend any one not to come here..we requested to watch a sports channel but the manager refused because they have to pay and we told we will pay 100 rps extra but its a NO. room services is very bad very bad daily bedsheet also not changed and full of mosquitoes we have to buy anti mosquitos hotel never suppy that also...and this guys charges us 2000 per room and took full money when we check in..worst worst.guys please beware of these kind of people

Worst hotel no hot water no room service. The room was not sweeped all the dust was sticking to foot. Toliet was smelling Think twice before booking

Room is very comfortable...house keeping panju and Lakshmi service also good....receptionist sundar good person and helping person...i sure next time come in your hotel...thank you guys

Currently staying here with my family. Horrible experience would not recommend. No hot water. They gave us unclean bathrooms and refused to clean them. There were no door locks either. The rooms did not match the photos online.

This hotel is worth for your cost,rooms are very clean and good and the bunker beds are stay comfortable for mens with low budget.Receptionist Thamu is very kind and calm, he will help for you at night anytime.

Beware of them. They won't say their conditions properly. We booked through online, and we filled the forms. We asked for late check-out and they agreed for the same without any conditions. On the day of check-out, they argued with us by stating that we don't know from where did you booked and it's your mistake and you should pay. In the asked us to pay extra 100 rupees / hour. Eventually we paid extra600 rupees for two rooms. They never say their terms and conditions. Coming to their rooms, some bad odour smell was there and leaking toilet flush and stains all over the taps. Wooden things are started to coming out.
