Majestic Hotel & Service Apartments

Most rude behaviour by manager and also by management. My car windshield was damaged overnight and no one in the hotel was taking accountability for the same. When I asked to be compensated, they first denied and then the manger Mr. Mohan told that he want to give Rs. 3000/- from his own pocket, as he is not able to reach his MD or his PA. When denied to take the same as that would not cover the windshield cost(hitch I asked to check online), he started threatening that he is not scared and I can go and complain in police. Please do not book any reservations ever in this hotel, if u don't wanna suffer. No one is gonna help. Booking a stay here is as good as staying openly at railway station. As no one has any accountability of any mishap.

A very nice hotel to stay if you are transiting or staying for one day. Clean rooms, washrooms. Running hot and cold water. Small pantry on floor equipped with microwave and fridge. Breakfast is included and served between 7.45 to 9.30. Locations is good. Staff is very polite and friendly. They have an elevator. Parking is secured and is at the basement. Overall a basic hotel with basic amenities for short stay.

I recently had a chance to stay in this premises for a couple of days March25. The room, service, neatness, staff behavior, proximity to places of interest and room service were well beyond my expectation. I find the stay most satisfying and will return for restay.

Everything is good but for the limited basement car parking which is saturated and cramped. The in charge person in Reception and boys are courteous and soft spoken and they attend to our needs promptly.

It's a really good, clean, centrally located and comfortable place to stay. I came and stayed for 2 days in a super comfortable way. AC is perfect, washrooms are clean and management super awesome Plus it justifies the price also which is very economical.

The hotel rooms are very nice and cleanliness is a top priority. The hotel officials are very much helpful and accomodating. Must stay place in madurai. Thanks Majestic hotel team. Very wonderful service.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The room lacked basic necessities like toilet paper , soap and glasses. The bed sheets were dirty and even had ants crawling on them. The towel provided was filthy, which made the stay feel unhygienic and uncomfortable. On a positive note, the staff were polite and helpful. This hotel needs serious improvement in cleanliness and attention to basic guest needs.

Good rooms. Good value for money. Ideal place for a short stay. Very proactive staff who responded quickly to all requirements.
