I had a great stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was soft, and the bathroom was neat. Staff were friendly and helpful , Nice room with a beautiful view. Location is perfect--close to shops and restaurants. Worth the money

We stayed in this hotel on April 12th night . Worst ever hotel I have seen in this world. In first room AC was not working . Then changed to 3rd floor . The room was very Worst . Even public toilet will be good . There was no geyser , bed pillow was not clean . Cot was not in good condition . By seeing google reviews we had gone . I wonder how people have given such good review to this Worst hotel. Also, the photos in google and real view of the hotel does not match. Totally disappointed . Please don't stay at this hotel

Not even worth 1 star. Worst hotel I have stayed at. They don't know what hygiene is. All the 5 star reviews are from bot accounts. You can see their profile, they have only one review. Stay away from this place. They also charge insane prices. Absolute disaster!

One of the worst hotel ever. Old and unclean rooms. Drinking water chargeable. Soap and towel was given after demand. No dental kit. They made me wait 20 mins and then only cleaned the room. First time am believing that Google reviews are fake.

Prime location, Clean and neat rooms at affordable price. Suggested for short trips. Though i booked non AC room, they arranged AC room. Customer focused service.

Room was dirty , cobwebs seen , hair on the bedsheets, no nozzle on the shower , false roof broken in the bathroom , TV was not working , WIFI was promised but did not get it , doors were dirty and with paint marks , fan regulator could not be adjusted, taps were rusted and with salt deposits making it hard to turn also...on the whole .....pls stay to experience...

Worst Hotel Experience Ever I recently stayed at Le Grace Residency in Madurai with a group of four, and it was by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had. This place is a disaster from start to finish. * The beds were torn and uncomfortable, and the "extra bed" they provided was so small that it was practically unusable. * The bedsheets were unhygienic and also torn. It's shocking how little attention is paid to cleanliness here. * They provided drinking water in an old, dirty plastic jug, which is completely unacceptable. * The water for bathing was thick and extremely salty, making it impossible to feel clean after a shower. * One of the fans was so noisy that it sounded like it was about to fall apart. * Basic amenities like towels, soap, and water were not provided initially. Only after repeated requests did they grudgingly provide them. The room was full of mosquitoes. It's baffling how this place is rated 4.5 stars. Upon checking, I noticed that many recent reviews highlight similar complaints, so it's clear this isn't a one-off incident.
